There are very important differences between Islam and Christianity. Christianity has not had a harmful influence on law or governent.

I'm reading this over and over again and just wondering how can this be possible.

Except islam no other religion has civil laws.
Wow, just reading the topic alone that makes me thankful that I don't live in Afgahnistan (sorry, my spelling can be really embarrassing sometimes...)
Besides when each human gets more educated they will become aware of their rights etc. It is slowly happening.they now have coca cola in Afghanistan....
