They monitor the whole room of every polling place, and there has always been Democratic and Republican observers and poll workers in ALL polls.

Which is not true. ALL the election polling places in the country have Republican and Democrat observers present at the counting of ballots. When the Democrats were requested to add more Republican observers they were allowed with no objections.

All the ballots caste in the USA and entered in the computer as in the past are backed up by the original paper ballots. Recounts in past elections have never been different by more than 1,000 votes or so in recent history.

Apparently, the ballot counting part was not being watched enough. Refer to my previous comment in this post.

Of course if one party tries to barge in with a horde of "observers" they will be denied entry. A reasonable number of observers for both parties was agreed to. There are no teeth in this complaint.
