Mow would be a good time to explain something. This may sound like I'm bashing Christians ( I may be a little) but many (all) my family is Christian (okay my soon to be wife is a pagan) and many of my friends are Christian including my best man. I love them all dearly and so long as they are honestly searching out God I have no problems with them.

Yeah, that ones really something. Of course nobody takes it seriously except maybe his immediate family and friends. Its good for a laugh. Anybody can get a self-published book on Amazon. All you have to do is ask. Gosh, I hope this discussion doesn't get him a sale.

I have no problems either just so long as they don't preach or yell at me. I mean, we are all human, and on this planet together, last time I looked.

When some people on the Buddhist forum I'm a member of says "Hinduism/any other religion that is not Buddhism can't free you from Samsara.,because you take refuge in worldly Gods" or as one person (from India) said "Krishna worshipers are a cult". Thankfully, most of the members are rational and level headed and don't regard Hinduism in that sense.

In general, there is:

"All Hindus are superstitious"
"Cows are Gods"
"Hinduism is just as evil as the Abrahamic faiths". I hear this from Anti-thesits a lot.

Huh, I'd expect a little more intelligence from someone who is apparently a Professor of Theoretical Physics

To be honest this is my first time of hearing about a close minded Buddhist, this just goes to show you how deep human ignorance can go
