This thread is about a petition against the Christian God. What is the petition for? It's so the Christian God will give anybody who is or becomes Christian superpowers, like he gave to Moses and Jesus. Are you pro-superpowers? Show your support.

Technically, wouldn't he be the Jewish God when he gave Moses 'superpowers'? And Jesus, if you wanted to get into semantics...

Well, Christians believe in Moses too... and Jews don't believe Jesus was the son of God. That's one of the reasons why they killed him.
He couldn't be the Christian God before Jesus was born... :areyoucra

You can cause a blind man to see instantly?
Yep, I bet 2000 years ago many persons who weren't completely blind thought they where blind, now days many eye problems can be corrected by cirurgy. The number of people who make "miracles" is proportional to our knowledge of the universe, now days there are no mages or "miracle" makers because, well, we know too much. ;)

Try me. I don't think my belief is irrational, so I don't see anyway that you could prove to me that it is. Go ahead. Many people have tried and I still believe in God, and if that makes me stupid, so be it.

Yeah, ok, I'm convinced! :)

You just admitted that if your belief in God was irrational, then you would believe anyways. So why should I even prove it to you that it is? I will if anybody else wants me to.

That's not what we're talking about right now. The point is that it would be proof that God existed if God gave them to me. But, since there is no proof, I am left to remain atheist.

I want to hear about what you would do with your superpowers first!
I wouldn't work or study anymore and would move to a forest and live from stones turning into food... Obviously I would take my girlfriend with me

There will NEVER be proof that God exists....where would free will and choice come into the equation then? That's his plan buddy....It's all about you choosing to believe. In my mind, there is enough empirical evidence to prove God exists....the rest is faith.

So, if you're looking for someone to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that God exists before you believe in him.....it will never happen. Just accept that fact.

Or would make the miracle of my girlfriend letting me have many more girlfriends at the same time...
