Pizza is politically incorrect

Really, is that the best you can come up with, cancel culture?!

Damn those communist liberal SJWs, what other natural and normal thing will they try to suppress?

Really? I don't know if that's worth looking up in my search engine, so I don't know what you're talking about.

I think the practice of preparing food seems like one of the most syncretic things that humans do, so it's hard to cancel it, because everyone wants what they know is good.

I'll continue eating pizza.
It'll be all the more fun if some liberals or conservatives
get their noses out of joint because of it. I favor mine
with thin crust, anchovies, feta cheese, & tomato sauce.
I even like it with ham & pineapple...but it must have feta.

Feta smells like stomach bile.

Question Everything
As usual, we have little idea what you're getting at.
So I'll bite...
What's wrong with pizza?
With whom?
Was there something in the news?

Pizza is offensive to Italians. As an Italian American let me explain to everyone that pizza is NOT Italian, does NOT represent true Italian food, completely misrepresents an already misunderstood group of people.

:D Haha - but it is true, American 'pizza' is NOT Italian.

Knowing that eating pizza inflames Italians
just makes it all the more enjoyable.

BTW, I was once a professional pizza maker
for a summer in high school. Hated the job.

Hang on. Surely what you really mean is that American pizza is (all too often) not pizza.;)

My understanding is that pizza itself originated as Neapolitan street food. And in Europe, if we are lucky, we can find some good examples.

It's only fair that Ameristanians make pizza our own.
We're free to "corrupt" their dish.
And I extend this same courtesy to Italians. They
corrupted the word processor, which was invented
here for writing in English. They use a corrupted
version that handles Italian. But this is fair IMO.

In my area the pizza shops are owned by Greeks not Italians.

I loathe the demands for ethnic purity by such
intolerant crotchelfesters.
A great Japanese restaurant here is run by a
Chinese family. The finest source of pricy ham
here is in a Jewish deli. I once frequented a
German Chinese Korean French Mexican eatery
run by a guy from Vietnam.
Praise diversity!

As far as diversity goes, I once had "Tex-Mex" food in Japan in a restaurant run by Nigerians. It was of course not real Tex-Mex but it was tasty.

thin crust, anchovies,

Heretic of the worst order. Thick crust and none of that anchovy contaminant.
