Pizza is politically incorrect

Pizza Hut closed it's one location in Italy after 3 months, citing "lack of interest by people who prefer good pizza."

As far as diversity goes, I once had "Tex-Mex" food in Japan in a restaurant run by Nigerians. It was of course not real Tex-Mex but it was tasty.

Heretic of the worst order. Thick crust and none of that anchovy contaminant.
Saying "real" Tex-Mex is not a real thing.

The pizza they served at my elementary school was horrible. It was so bad I threw up after eating it. It took a while before I could really enjoy pizza.

I liked spaghetti, though. Then they said that we're not supposed to call it "spaghetti" anymore; everyone calls it "pasta" now. "Spaghetti" is out of date.

I never could understand political correctness.

Obviously, not Kosher;)
And many of the Chinese restaurants here are not really authentic but styled for American taste.
We're lucky here. My favorite Chinese restaurant is
outstanding, & compares with my favorite haunts in
suburban DC.

Was it the rectangle variety that practically every American school served on fridays? It was amazing.
