For the Jesse Ventura Libertarian:

If there's one thing you hate more than anything else, it’s the status quo. This makes you something of a maverick, and many of your political views might be considered odd by your more conventionally minded neighbors. You certainly don’t tow anyone’s line, and while this can make religious and political conversations a bit awkward, your forthright honesty engenders a certain amount of respect from others. You’re deeply protective of your privacy and extremely wary of too much governmental interference. Your fellow citizens, after all, are a pretty sharp group of people; they don’t need Big Government micro-managing every little detail of their lives.

Jesse and I are actually connected to some sources...Alex goes off of mostly internet news, alternative theories, and lots of silly noise

Honestly, I think it was basically being in favor of local government over big federal government and more freedom of individual choice. Almost all the answers were "mind your own business if possible"...so much of this stuff is about how should we dictate things to people instead of just offering necessary services as it was supposed to be. The juggernaut has to be tamed lol

You are a firm believer in strong government and passionate about national unity. The more influence the government has in the lives of its people and the more unified they are behind their leaders, the more opportunities the government has to better its citizens’ standard of living. Of course, in order to create this kind of prosperity some difficult, and likely unpopular, choices need to be made. Thankfully, the country’s leaders not only know best, they also have the resolve to follow through on those difficult decisions. When it comes to progress, prosperity, and creating a powerful and respected nation, the ends certainly justify the means.

Just because i said that healthcare should be free, that the country shouldn't put his noise in foreign affairs, that i'm for the death penalty and that the change climate is our fault ... i don't understand. :(

I answered all three of those the same as you and I still ended up as a Barrack Obama Liberal. Pretty sure something else pushed you to be Authoritarian ;).

I got a Barack Obama liberal. Which I guess makes some sense considering many questions didn't let me answer how I really feel. Too bad they didn't have anything about monopolies so I could potentially have gotten a Teddy Roosevelt progressive. Or, better yet, questions and answers regarding things such as communal ownership, doing away with money and class, and everyone contributing as they can and receiving as they need.

I got Ron Paul Libertarian. I'm not surprised. I hope Rand Paul wins the Republican nomination (probably won't) if he doesn't I'll just vote for the Libertarian Party.

You are an idealistic, sometimes to a fault. You have faith in the goodness of your fellow man, and that core belief is at the root of most of your views. You do not, however, have faith in the goodness of Big Government. The bigger it becomes the less likely it is to rule fairly and justly. Bureaucratic corruption is a serious concern of yours, and steps need to be taken to restrict the rampant growth of the government. Ultimately, though, your idealism trumps your fears of a toxic and overbearing government. Humanity, after all, will assert itself and correct its leaders when they step out of line.

It’s no secret that you’re a liberal. You’re strict when it comes to regulating big business, but lenient when it comes to individual freedoms. The right to marry whom you want; the right of a woman to choose what she does with her body; the right to privacy; and the right to free health care are all freedoms you’re willing to fight passionately for. You’re also willing to expend the financial resources necessary to accomplish those goals. That might include some difficult decisions about raising taxes, but when it comes to our rights and freedoms, no price is too high to pay.

 Something has gone horribly WRONG!
I just retook this and got the Obama result. My reaction is the same as yours.

I much prefer the Peronist result!

This idea of "selfishness" is rather new to me. perhaps I'm going overboard with it. :D
Oh, yeah? Indulging yourself? :p It's not new to me. Logically, I know we're naturally selfish animals and even strict altruism is selfish because it supports the survival of the species and, therefore, your own genes albeit in indirect way. You really should consider looking into anarcho-communism more. It's communist, but it's influenced a lot by individualism and egoism. It doesn't have a problem with selfishness. It just lets everyone indulge their selfishness. :)

I'm honestly realizing how much of a nihilist I really am lately. :D

After nihilism comes to desire for limitless power.... and an infinite supply of milk and cookies. :D

As a life-long supporter of the British Conservative Party, I was interested to see what that made me in the USA. Obama Liberal!
