As a last wish,four nymphomaniac female bisexual pole dancers and some illegal powder and a good tequila,dead by daylight.
Lethal injection. I would not want it administered as an opioid because oxycodone, my pain med for my back makes me goofy. So I don't think that would work. The opioid that makes me react badly is dilaudid. I learned that in the hospital after my surgery. It wasn't pretty. So yeah, the typical lethal injection.

Originally, I was going to suggest "Be told that I was found innocent; and after much relief and happiness, and as I'm walking out of the court; a large caliber bullet expertly fired into the back of my head."
But then I saw the "old age" answers, and then even better; death by sex with several gorgeous women simultaneously..... That certainly has an appeal to it.
(I don't even need or want the tequila and white powder.).... or would that be "A noble apparition." ?
Death by vegan chocolate cake is no yolk. My preference would be fine chocolate and even finer wine.
(My real preference, of course, would be the death of the death penalty.)

I read a Sci Fi short story where a man who had lived a very full life and realized that anything he did would be repetition, hired a company that would kill him on a given day at an undisclosed time and in an undisclosed way. He spent the day enjoying his favorite things one last time and in the evening, tired and happy, poured himself a glass of his favorite vintage brandy. As he realized briefly as he slipped into a painless death, the drink was poisoned.
The OP said they were giving me a choice. They gave no timeline.
I don't see anything in the OP that disqualifies this option.
But by definition an execution involves an executioner so I don't think the OP would allow old age as a method!
If the executioner is younger than me, I don't see a problem with it.
