I think sending me down into ocean depths in a submersible until it implodes. It happens in .04 seconds, well before I'd be aware of my death.

Personally I'd want to be administered a massive over-dose of some kind of opiate

I once had very bad back pain so was prescribed morphine by a doctor, it came as a liquid in a bottle

It knocked me out but was really rather pleasant and that was at a low therapeutic dose

I should imagine if I was executed in such a way I would peacefully slip away and that there would be no pain

I most certainly would not want to be hung or electrocuted

Aside from the obvious (old age and death by snu snu), if those are not available, I'd like to be pushed out of an airlock ("spaced") of a ship or station in a way that I become part of Saturn's rings.
