Pressure On Biden To Pardon Trump

So once again, Presidents & ex-Presidents
are totally above the law.
Well, lets see, Trump purportedly had consensual sex with a porn star. Later in life she was running out of money and decided to extort money from Trump which he paid! Then when he became president, she went back for seconds! He said no! So she went public, but at some point, her lawyer went to jail for trying to extort Nike! His political enemies hoped to end his career by prosecuting him for lying about the whole thing.

I voted for Harris for various reasons, but I really don't care about the porn star case! I suspect that the government could convict most people on this forum for something in their past!

You left out parts where he committed
business fraud to cover up the payments.
I voted for Harris for various reasons...
Same here.

Neither do I.
But you spun it to make Trump look better.
So it appears that you do care.

You don't keep up with your party very much.
That was just more of the phony " JOY, JOY, JOY ! " in putting Hitler in the bullseye , in desperate hope of winning an election where you have zilch to run on except aborting more babies & the majority of Americans is disgusted with you , and your lawfare and not ending up like the losers you should be used to being by now.
Everybody knows that .
Even your High Priest of Democrat loser Lawfare knows that .

Where do you get the impression the assassination attempts are over ?

" It's time to put Trump in the bullseye " ( Biden )
Biden said that in a private meeting to a group of investors.
You think he was trying to get investors to assassinate Trump? LOL

Meanwhile, Trump has been spewing toxic venom, and violent rhetoric against practically every single person who has ever said anything bad about him over the last nine years, and not a word from you people. Cheers and applause, is in fact, how Trump supporters respond to his violent divisive rhetoric.

Do us all a favour and spare us all the hypocritical phony outrage.

Trump only opposes 'lawfare' because he is on the receiving end of numerous criminal cases. He has no qualms about using the law against his political opponents. Hell, the Supreme Court gave him immunity to kill political opponents if it can be claimed to be an official act. He lies boldly without evidence of things so he merely has to proclaim that he has classified evidence (which cannot be divulged because it would threaten national security) that a political opponent is a spy for another nation, then have them executed.
Biden is under that same umbrella now. Even if Biden was involved in the law fare and other crimes, he will be immune. Harris may not be immune since this only applies to the President. Biden may want to pardon Harris just in case she did dirt bag stuff.

The law fare that NY State used, violated the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. By Federal law, you cannot legally go after a person who was a nominated to be a candidate for President. The Supremacy Clause says that Federal law come first; supremacy, and over rides State law. Many people may be back in court, but on the other side of the law.

Supremacy Clause was instituted to address some States wanting to ignore Federal law and Executive actions. If you allowed the States to do this, the power of the Federal Government would not be supreme. You would not have one country very long. The Supremacy Clause was added so State cannot over ride Federal law, or else the county and Federal Government will break down. The DNC, by being anti-Constitutional, tested the clause, and now they may need to be made an example of.

I didn't spin anything; I just don't care that he lied about getting extorted.

You say I don't care.
More accurately, I ignore her extorting money because
it's irrelevant to the issue of Trump's committing felonies.
Her sins don't cancel out his.

But her irrelevance could change if Trump appoints her
to the Office of Government Ethics (OGE). Then I'd
criticize her relevant record.

Do you see how this works now?

I see how corrupt and unethical individuals can and do come into office. The presidency gets almost all the attention but it applies to all offices of authority. People in general accept that premise that we need them over us. Almost none think that we are responsible for ourselves, which we can accept, and will answer to God, so we should live accordingly, regardless of any state in the position of authority. Of course it would be full of criminal individuals making use of this way to have a position of authority, that is what attracts such, which so many of us enable.

Not gonna happen now.
It might have happened three years ago, if Trump had asked for it. Tricky Dick got a pardon for a promise to retire from politics.
What has Trump now as a bargain chip?
Actually Nixon's promise was not necessary, he would never have run or been elected again.

The difference is that Nixon was pardoned by someone from his own party. Biden would get hell from his party if he tried to pardon Trump.
