No, it's because they couldn't afford real horses - and I heard that direct from the horse's mouth, or John Cleese anyway (on a documentary, not in real life, more's the pity).

I'm a fan and, just to further depress Cardero, so's my wife, though she only just discovered them in the last couple of years. Personally I think that the Life of Brian was the best film (and any Christian who claims it's blasphemous is seriously missing the point) with the Holy Grail a close second.What I can't believe is hat nobody here has mentioned the 'nudge, nudge, wink, wink' man amongst the sketches. He's not my favourite character, but he's certainly worthy of mention.

On the Concert For George I was reminded of the Lumberjack Song- That was just too funny. Another funny skit was the Hell's Grannies, I love that one--keeps me in stitches.

Haha I was raised on Monty Python. I even have two of the PC games lol
I think my favorite movie would have to be Holy Grail....haha although I also like that DVD of them live at Hollywood Bowl: "Albatross! Get your albatross here!" :biglaugh:
