There is only one winter solstice, it's the rebirth of the Sun every year.

All those people you have listed were born on that day, and all those people's religion revolved around the sun, All Those people you mentioned also came from the worship of one man.

When the Babylonians went to Egypt they said,'' We have this same Holy day but we call our God by a different name''

When the Assyrians went to Egypt, They said the same thing.

Some of these came from the Greeks but everyone knows that all that the Greeks worships was taken from Babylon and Egypt and refined.

Show me, for all of the above gods and all the ones I didn't list. I want dates, for both the births and the document along with author.

I did too at first, but then I was reading through it again and remembered that he said Wicca, not Pagan. While that's probably what he meant, it's not what he said

While the exact dates are not known to me, I happen to know that Isis, Osiris, Nephthys, and Seth were born on four consecutive (but different) days. Yes, two of them are Goddesses. If you want to stick to Gods then you are still talking about two different days. No other Gods had been born on these days previously, as the days were won for the sole purpose of giving birth to these Deities. That means the previous Gods were born on days other than the days that Osiris and Seth were born on.

I have to disagree. Christmas, for many, is considered the day in which Jesus was born. Jesus has a lot to do with the holiday.

By the way, I don't celebrate the "birth" of the sun. The sun represents The God and the moon represents The Goddess. There are many such representations. It is much the way that a crucifix may represent Jesus to some. Because of this representation you are not worshiping the crucifix, nor are you celebrating it.

Just for the fun of it, I typed in "Geb birthday" and found nothing about it. Same with Apollo, Zeus, and Set.

After the heinous Jewish war, Jews were hated by the whole world because of that war, They hated anybody that had anything to do with the Jews.

Hadrian made Jewish feasts such as the Passover punishable by death and the fall of Jerusalem in 135 ran all the Jews out of Jerusalem, Hadrian ordered Jews out under penalty of Death and Greek orthodox Christians took over the synogogues instituting the Pagan Solstice as agreed between Hadrian and the Christians.

The council of Nicae was formed and they said,'' Let us have nothing to do with the custom of the Jews{God's Traditions} in that the committed a nefarious crime in killing our Lord''

Christians accepting Pagan Holy days had nothing to do with trying to appeal to the Pagans.

The Once Pagan New Christians simply went back to what they had been celebrating all their lives and they denied the Passover of Jesus, They denied the Pentecost of Jesus and they denied anything to do with a Jewish Jesus making the Jesus they then worshipped a seemingly Pagan Messiah.

I would have to argue a lot of this. The Jews were expelled from Rome at least twice that I recall. Each time though it was not a total thing. We know this because within a decade of both events, we see some reference to Jewish congregations. Also, I don't think it would be accurate to say that everyone around the world hated the Jews.

Yes, they were taxed, but it wasn't outrageous. They took the Temple tax and transferred it to Rome to repay for the damages that the Jews had caused. However, even after that, they experienced relative freedom. They were even respected among many Pagans in the Empire.

Even more, it took a very long time for the Jews and Christians to fully separate. Their were Jewish Christians up to at least the 4th century, and probably further. Even in many of the communities in the second and third century, Jews experienced some form of respect. True, in some communities they were hated, but that wasn't true all over.

Really, I just don't think a lot of your information is the most credible.

It's considered the birth of Jesus after the Pagan Holidays were accepted by the christians, Your right there.

You can disagree all you want, But that doesn't put the birth of Jesus on or even near the winter solstice.

The religion of God is set up with 24 groups of Priests and John the baptist's father was among one of these groups, Exact prayers have to be said on exact days, and when Zachariah spoke his prayer it nailed the day.

You think Jesus is about Christmas and such but I am informed by Jeremiah not to have anything to do with it.

I've never understood why people should try laying claim of ownerships on holy days--especially the celebratory ones. There's enough suffering in life, folks ought to feel free to celebrate when they feel the magic of life coursing in them.

In My opinion, Every single one of those Gods mentioned are the same God, they are all derived from the same person and everything I have read tells me that every single one was born on the same day which is the rebirth of the sun, It's resurrection.

The man from which all these gods were derived from was Nimrod with a mixture of Noah, This is my opinion.

But I got no qualms of deleting anything.

Everything I have studied concerning gods can all be traced back to the same origin in Babylon, and I could give good debates with most of these being born on the winter solstice or coming into being.

It's like when you go down to the Yuchatan and you look at all the Pyramids there and all the holes put in the walls for the sun to appear on the winter solstice, It can't be seperated from the same thing the Egyptians did in their worshipping on the winter solstice.

It can't be seperated from the Babylonians and their worship on the winter solstice, But I don't mind people disagreeing.
