Questions that believers cannot answer

No. If you have free choice for a good act then there is at least one evil alternative - refraining from a good act.

If not doing a good act is evil then God does evil acts. It sounds like a bad idea not to allow for amoral alternatives.

None of that actually makes sense...
First of all because if God is omnipotent nobody has to die unless God wants that happen.
Otherwise you would have to say that our sins are more powerful than God's omnipotence.
God is: Law Giver. The Law of the Land of Eden is found at Genesis 2:17
To show God does Not force us to be robots or automatons He gifted all of us with free-will choices.
We are free to obey God or not, however we are warned what could go wrong for disobedience.
Even with a car manufacture's warranty if disobeyed the car owner pays the consequences.
Also, there is a difference between 'wants' to happen and 'can' happen.
Sinner Satan by his own choice chose to make himself a self-made sinner - James 1:13-15.
That was also true of Adam. God did Not make Adam break the Law.
Sinners Satan and Adam introduced sin into our world.
As with Adam we are all forewarned knowing the consequences of our actions/choices for the better or the worse.
The choice is ours to make
Because of the resurrection for mankind that shows God does Not want anybody to die - Acts of the Apostles 24:15

He can just prevent everyone from dying rather than ressurecting people. Your car's manufacturer can choose to give you a new car whenever it feels like doing so. It can choose not to enforce any consequences for disobeying.

That's all up to God. The choice is God's to make.

To me The Resurrection is Not an evil act.
Sinners Satan and Adam are the ones who did an evil act by breaking the law bringing sin and death upon us.
God sent Jesus to undo the harm Satan and Adam brought into the world.
First, we would all have to be born and think who we would like as sovereign over us before Jesus comes.

I was talking about not healing amputees for example. If not doing good is evil then God is doing evil by not healing amputees. Or any given disease. Everyone would be evil actually.

Whether to 'obey or break' the Law was Adam's choice to make.
A car's warranty comes with requirements if you want the warranty to stay in effect. The choice is yours.
The manufacturer is Not responsible for your disobedience.

The manufacturer can choose to ignore your disobedience. Pretend it didn't happen.

Jesus healed deformed people, and he was giving us a preview, a coming attraction of what Jesus will be doing on a grand-global scale during his 1,000 year reign over Earth.
The healing of amputees is a reason why we are all invited to pray the invitation to God of Rev. 22:20 for Jesus to come!
Came and bring HEALING to earth's nations as described at Revelation 22:2
Healing to the point that No one will say, " I am sick....." - Isaiah 33:24
Healing as described in Isaiah 35th chapter.

But it is not happening right now. Therefore, if not doing something good is evil then God is evil.

What stops him? What stops him from ending his own existence?
Why doesn't god stop him? Either he is unable to or he doesn't want to. Neither is worthy of "god".

God "IS" love. God 'has' wisdom, God 'has' mercy, God 'has' justice..... but what stops Him is that God "IS" love.
God is Not a Bully. God did Not bully or force Satan to turn himself into a sinning Satan - James 1:13-15.
Satan challenged God that under adverse conditions no one would worship or serve God.
'Touch our flesh.....' (loose physical health) and we would Not serve or love God - Job 2:4-5.
Both the man Job and Jesus under suffering conditions proved Satan wrong. Satan is the Liar.

If God would Not have allowed Adam and Eve to have children we would Not be here right now.
The passing of time has allowed for Genesis 1:28 to happen: for us to be born, to live.
The evil God warned about was: death - Genesis 2:17
We can't undo death that is why we needed someone who could undo death for us - Jesus can and will.
Sinless Jesus died a faithful death for us thus balancing the scales of justice for us.
To undo death is Not evil but our salvation.
Through Jesus 'enemy death' will be No more on Earth - 1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8

So?
I also know of no one that would make his own son die to give you a new contract.
Find us a Scripture that says God made (forced) His Son to die for us _____________
On the other hand, think how false clergy in times of war have used the pulpit as a recruiting station so that parents will willingly allow their sons to die on the Altar of War as it that was the same as the Altar of God which it is not.

So how do you decide when it's actually a reference to God?
Before the Bible was translated into English in the OT, the old Hebrew Scriptures, God's name was written as YHWH. Those four letters standing for God's name is called the Tetragrammaton.
King James knew there was a difference in the two (2) LORD/Lords at Psalms 110.
Since the Tetragrammaton letters were Not used then LORD, in all capital letters, was used in place of God's name.
However, in the old King James at Psalms 83:18 God's name is translated in English as: Jehovah.
Catholic translations never use the English Jehovah but use the Hebrew 'Yahweh' as God's name.
