Now if there were video recordings way back that might work to 'prove' that evolution is true. Similarly, only mankind has the ability to make splints , print newspapers, and make nice tasting recipes. NOT gorillas and not birds. Been here longer but just don't have the capacity.

But we don't need that for the same reason that we do not need eyewitnesses for most murder trials. There are other forms of evidence. For example the DNA of the suspect on the murder weapon is strong evidence. Maybe not enough on its own, but we are already well on our way there. Do you not agree?

For example, biological enzymes are required for life to exist but these only come from living things.

In another thread I just gave you the evidence of how chromosome 2 in humans is a fused chromosome which, when taken apart at the fusion site, gives us the exact chromosomes of the other primates that we humans seem to be "missing".

So that is at least one piece of scientific evidence which not only doesn't prove evolution false, but which supports common ancestry.
So that alone already disproves your silly statement here.
