Quran is a book of white magic.

Salam

Quran is a book of ultimately white magic. Salah is suppose to be a form of white magic. Halal itself is a continuous ritual to be on guard of impure energy but suppose to make us distrust even more so sources of knowledge from other then God's book and his Appointed authorities. Prophets were White sorcerers but their sorcery was not naturally acquired, but rather, directly sustained power infused from revelation and guidance and sustenance from God "You did not throw when you threw but God threw".

Of course, when disbelievers meant Mohammad (s) was possessed or sorcerer, they meant it in the view, that his miracles were either performed by natural power acquired that even an evil person can acquire or that his miracles were done by demons and he was possessed by them and doesn't even realize what is happening.

There is more on this topic because miracles will return when Imam Mahdi (a) comes back in the open.

Part of defeating sorcery of the dark kind is getting connected to the tree of light and word of light brought out by God by which he establishes the believers. In fact, this is the main way and this is what is meant by the name of God.

Quran is a book of magic, if not read with white magic, it will not heal. It becomes a healing mainly when force of will seeks help and Angels use it to heal darkness.

The Prayers in Saheefa Sajidaya are calculated keeping in mind this reality and compliment the Quran, and there is but a one or two mistakes that oppose the Quran in Saheefa Sajjadiya but over all definitely from Imam Zainal Abideen (a) and is a book of magic.

The Du'as of Ahlulbayt are meant to be white magically done.

And in fact, no du'a is accepted without some action by the doer. What is meant by that, is some white magic.

The difference in Islam, white magic includes retribution vengeance type magic, but only does, using the light.

While polytheists source of energy comes from evil tree of hell, the tree of envy, and who's branches is like that of the heads of the devils.

So their energy is two different things. Our happiness and their happiness may appear the same, our hate and their hate appear biologically same, our good deeds and their good deeds appear to be one, and our love and their love of Creator one and the same, but this is what you need to realize, energy and sustenance stemming from other then the name of God is evil through and through and dark are the pathways that lead away from God, be they appear outwardly to be the same.

The name of God is God's chosen rope and the household of time, and the word of light. You are connected to it but chances since you don't see Ahlulbayt (a) through out it's pages, you've made a mountain of Iblis' power and main a gnat of the position of the Nabi(s) and Fatma (a) and the 12 Successors (a).

And for this reason, despite Imam's (a) power and Ahlulbayt (a) being more powerful now then any other age, and despite all the blessings of God's power and skills, God cannot guide you, because you cling to Satanic tree.

This is what Quran means that the hard hearts follow the sorcery upon Quran, they are overpowered and see Satan over power them, and believe in his power, but don't guard or fight against it, nor pray to God nor fight off the sorcery with the soul's sword nor seek help from God's rope nor seek the family of the reminder for signs in the hidden and open world, and as a result perish.

And as for the verse "and were it that the Quran....and that the dead be talked to...", this is what Quran can do, it can even unveil you that you talk to the dead from history and see all dead souls, and it has that power per our hadiths, the Quran does.

The dead in hell don't believe in hell as they should, just like the disbelievers in this world are in hell, but don't acknowledge it. The full reality and clear truth will be on the day of judgment.

And dead of disbelievers don't cease to disbelieve in Iblis after their death nor stop in serving him but rather further are immersed in a new type of falsehood, and the war between good and evil intensifies even there, but in different ways.

The day when proof without doubt possible, is the day of judgment, that's it. Even Mahdi (a) and Jesus (a) coming back, they will be accused of being sorcerers or possessed humans.

Demonic powers are limited and can't create reality, only distort it, can't bring into anything, just illusions of what the truth is, can't give power, only motivate out of dark energy and envy, can't teach the truth and guide towards it, but just immerse you in falsehood.

And Iblis (la) doesn't believe in God and believes, deeply he knows the God of the chosen ones is true, but has even deceived himself that he is false, and false sky and illusion created by the chosen ones.

The damn creature believes he is good and has a case. He believes in the moral and way, but from another perspective, does not.

He has layered the world in deception, and their excuse of putting a sorcery to keep people from Ahlulbayt (a), is that people would be fools and follow these sorcerers, and believe Quran is created in synergy with magic, and so their excuse to hiding the truth of it, is that the people are not ready to understand sorcery and all it exposes.

And as for majority of Gog and Magog, they are deceived, in believing, Mohammad (a) was from a family of sorcerers and rebelled against them.

Abu Lahab was the Gog of his time, and so this is not fully wrong. What they don't understand, is that God raised him among the sorcerers of Arabia and Jinn worshipers, in the same way, he did so with hiding Moses' among Pharoah's people.

Mohammad (s) in a early age, was guided by Elyas (a) and he told him not to read a single book, despite Mohammad (s) thirst for knowledge and his awareness of God's family of the reminder. He and this is paraphrasing what I know of Quran, was told, "Oh Mohammad we know your heart is a seeker of truth and guide towards it, but you must be silent and must be patient and not read books and God will relieve you because this will help one day build your case when you receive the revelation"

It's a lie that Mohammad (s) was surprised and ran to Khadija (a) when revelation came, and doubted himself, rather, he heard Satan cry and Ali (a) was with him, and heard him and saw him as well, and Mohammad (s) said to Ali (a) "You hear all that I hear and you see all that I see, except you aren't a Nabi and verily you are a vizier and you are on good".

To believe Mohammad (s) wasn't aware of the dark energy, wasn't rational enough to see Satan and believe in Jesus (a) and his precedessors (a) is a big lie, rather Quran shows, that he sought the family of the reminder, and was guided by them before his Prophethood.

Mohammad (s) was never blind to reality, he chose not to read books, to prove a case. He neither read books of Christians or Jews nor sorcery of Abu Lahab and the likes, before revelation came to him permitting him to read.

And despite this, they accused the Quran of being a product of a group reciting it to him and teaching it, by that, they meant a group of Bani-Hashim who were now rebelling against the order of the gathering of Jinn and Humans, and breaking the ancient order.

They meant Mohammad (s) was pretending, and these people forged the Quran, and taught him sorcery, and taught him all of it.

Of course, this is despite, that the fact, Quranic verses were circumstantially revealed, and Quran was made over time, without order we see today. Rather, even verses were revealed in Meccan Surahs near the end of Prophet's (a) life, and early verses were revealed who would be put in context of what is mostly Madini verses.

And aside from that, the Quran proves it's case, but this was the height of their accusations. First they accused a person teaching him who was not Arabic, then moved it to that. That is why Suratal Furqan is so important to understand with regards to God's path.

And white magic is the only way to defeat the dark magic, and so there must be a book of white magic from God and proof for it, and the Quran is a book that even the dark sorcerers make use of, and learn of it's ways.

They understand it better then Muslims, but are immersed in their own world. And they will bring their view, when there is no Muslim aware of their view of magic and the Quran in this respect.

And we are approaching this. And this why they attack anyone becoming aware of them from Muslims and attack him with demonic forces, and watch every step taken by a person reading Quran to keep him blind.

You are to awaken to the world as it is, and not what they wish to hide from humanity. Atheism is a joke of all jokes, and it's no wonder Quran just addresses mainly as 2 birds in one stone to prove Tawheed and that, but it's not something to take seriously.

The world we live in, and all deeds, and all you will, is an act of magic, and evil deeds have an evil form due to that link to the tree of envy of hell, and good deeds have a good form due to the link to the word of God brought to life, the pure word, the tree of life.

God is the greatest one to be sought and helps by the means that connects us to him firmly.

The light lives and the leader is a white magician who power is directly sustained by God. What disbelievers meant by magic of course, was, that he was demon possessed.

And this is war in the hidden world Iblis and his top forces on one hand, and Gabriel and Michael on the other hand.

And Gabriel calls to the King of time, the light, the leader, the Mahdi (a). And Michael calls to Gabriel.

And Gabriel forces need us to believe, and Michael forces, have it hardest, because they aren't working with good people, but are there to spread God's Compassion and make of the battle of good deeds and protect against evil deeds.

And all their power is linked to the root light the word of God, the tree of life, the Ahlulbayt (a) and the Angels ascend and descent from the house of time, the family of the reminder, who are the sky and starts of guidance - the place of safety and greatest weapons which we must get connected to.

There is no doubt Quran is mainly and focused on the true nature of magic and shows how look towards the stars of guidance and get connected by Mohammad (s) and his family (a) to God.

I read you fairy tale and I would like to say that what you are saying has absolutely nothing to do with Islam, or the Quran, or the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, a book of white magic, are you sure you are not reading the Karbala in farsi.

Well, you and I are not representatives of God nor representatives of his representatives.

Just as no one is but those chosen by God.

Islam’s position on sorcery for both the one who practices magic ( black, white, red, purpul, you name it) and the one who believes in sorcery can be summed up in just one sentence. Sorcery is absolutely forbidden. However, I will try and show why Islam forbids it. Remembering that Islam is a way of life, not just a set of beliefs that people may or may not practice, we find that sorcery is forbidden because of the damage it can do to individuals, families and the communit

Since the dawn of time, human beings have been fascinated by sorcery in all its forms, Link is clearly one of them. They have been mystified and awe inspired and often times unaware of the dangers inherent in sorcery. Sorcery is known in Arabic as sihr and it is one of the tricks that Satan uses to lead humankind astray. It is for this reason Islam warns against magic. God warns against it in the Quran.

“And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their own selves, if they but knew.” (Quran 2:102)

Sorcery is performed with the aid of the Jinn, whose help is attained when the sorcerer or sorceress does acts of disbelief and worships the Jinn and Satan. Thus they take the Jinn and Satan as lords besides God. Once the Jinn are pleased with the sorcerer or sorceress, they will do what they ask them. Renowned Islamic scholar of the 20th century Sheikh Ibn Baz, may God have mercy on him, said, “Sihr (sorcery) is a word referring to something hidden. It is real and there are kinds of witchcraft that may affect people psychologically and physically, so that they become sick and die, or husbands and wives are separated. It is a devilish action, most of which is only achieved by means of associating others with God and drawing close to the minions of Satan”.

Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, counseled his followers to avoid the seven destructive sins. “Making anyone or anything a partner with God; practicing sorcery; killing a living being without justification whose life has been declared sacred by Allah; practicing usury; misappropriating the property of an orphan; running away in a battle; and slandering chaste, innocent, believing women.”

During the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad one of the most popular forms of sorcery was to tie knots in a rope and then recite incantations over knots, thus bewitching or harming another person. This is mentioned in the second to last chapter of the Quran where we are encouraged to seek refuge from this evil. “And from the evil of those who practise witchcraft when they blow on knots.” (Quran 113:4)

This form of sorcery was done to Prophet Muhammad but God did not allow it to cause him any harm. An evil man cast a spell on Prophet Muhammad using a hair that was caught in a comb along with a few fibers of a date palm. After the spell was cast the Prophet began to imagine that he had sexual relations with one of his wives when he had in fact not done so; The affect of the spell was limited and it did not in any way interfere with his responsibility of conveying the Divine Message. His beloved wife Aisha narrates that, “One day he (Prophet Muhammad) made supplication to God and then he said, “Do you know that God has shown me where my cure is? Two men came to me and one of them sat at my head and the other at my feet. One of them said to the other, ‘What is ailing the man?’ He said: ‘He has been bewitched.’ He said, “who has bewitched him?’ He said: ‘Labeed ibn al-A’sam.’ He said, ‘With what?’ He said, ‘With a comb, a hair that was caught onto it, and the fiber of a male date palm. He said, ‘Where is it?’ He said, ‘In the well of Dharwaan.’” He went to the well, came back and said, “Its date palms are like the heads of devils.” I said: “Did you take it out?” He said: “No. God has healed me, and I feared that that might bring evil upon the people.” Then the well was filled in. Prophet Muhammad again warns his followers about the dangers of magic (sorcery or witchcraft) when he states that, "Whoever ties a knot and then says incantations over it has committed sorcery and whoever commits sorcery has associated partners with God and whoever relies on something (other than God) will be turned over to it."

Another form of sorcery that is extremely popular nowadays is listening to predictions made by fortune tellers and consulting horoscopes. It is worth remembering what Prophet Muhammad said about these forms of sorcery, “Whoever goes to a fortune-teller and asks him about something, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days.” This does not mean that a person is exempt from the prayer it means he will gain no reward from his prayer.

“Whoever goes to a fortune-teller or soothsayer and believes what he says has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad.”

“He does not belong to us who believes in good or ill omens or asks others to give their views on good or ill fortune based on the motion of worldly objects, or who seeks divination or who has that done for him, or who practices witchcraft or has that done for him. Whoever goes to a soothsayer and believes what he says has disbelieved in that which was revealed to Muhammad.”

Sorcery, sihr in Arabic, which includes witchcraft, fortune telling of any kind, astrology or divination is strictly forbidden in Islam. In all cases it involves dealing with the unseen and in most cases it involves ascribing partners with God. These are both very serious sins and will at the very least involve the person, who either practices or believes in sorcery, in behaviour that may lead to his or her eternal downfall.

So Quran is not a book of white magic, instead you will find a warning for those who practice it, and the one who said it is a book of white magic, clearly he doesn`t know anything about the Quran

That's your viewpoint. I've read hadiths that show it can be practiced, for example, there was a sorcerer who converted to Islam, and told Imam Jaffar (a) that he knows sorcery, the Imam (a) told him there is no harm as long as he doesn't tie but unties.

Of course, seeking knowledge regarding it from other then God's rope, or not keeping in mind what Quran and Sunnah say about it, and believing in the devils, is disbelief.

I will share this hadith tomorrow. It can be found in tafsir Al-Mizan and that can be found in altafsir.com if you want to look it up and translate it yourself.

Not in the mood to translate it today. Doing love spells is forbidden for example, knowing about love spells and unbinding them not only is not forbidden, it was commanded by Imam Jaffar (a) to the sorcerer who converted to Islam and knew how.

Buying from magic, is when you do evil with it, particularly, doing something that doesn't benefit them. Magic is meant to beneficial to humanity, but because so much harm can come from it, it's useful to know that as well if you want to heal others from curses.

The two Kings Harut and Marut (peace be upon them) were appointed by God at Babel to teach humans at a time when magic was wide spread. They taught the evil of it only as knowledge to know how to cure it.

As for Sulaiman (a), when he died, he was attributed a book from the devil himself by devils, and they said this how he acquired power. The successor Elyas (a) who was one after Suliaman (a), faced a whole group of people claiming to be Prophets of God who they called Bal instead of Yawheh. Children of Israel were getting confused, but Elyas (a) showed, they had no power.

Devils have the power to ignite fire, but God didn't even allow them to do that or the sorcerers, Elijah (a) miracle more so that he was able to ignite it, was that he was able to prevent by God's permission all the false Prophets and their legion of demons from doing so.

OF course, they wouldn't have accepted the challenge if they didn't believe it was an easy task they can do. After all there exists powerful Jinn who are able to bring a throne within 12 hours, of course, the power of Elyas (a) is such that he can bring in a twinkle of an eye, but fire in a tower, that is something both can do.

The reason why Elyas (a) won, was he further showed, that God can over power their powers and rob them of it, and Elijah (a) showed this to start, then showed a bunch of signs higher and higher greater and greater.

At the end, power is power, but the highest power on earth, is that which is directly sustained by God.

They are both magical in nature, Sulaiman (a) power is magical, but he was not a disbeliever engaged in practices that people accused him of and said was the source of his power nor the book the devils attributed him anything to do with it.

The lunar months we go by in Islam btw, is a counter magic ritual all together.
The solar calender and births on zodiac stars is used by the devils and they have become quite good at sealing fates of humans by it, the only way to counter it, is to use the moon. This is why during key times, Prophet (s) and Imams (a) taught us prayers to do address the moon.

The moon is one of the key things in Islam, and our calendar is based on it, and God out of his wisdom, put us on an alternate schedule so that we think differently enough and even those unaware of the moon and it's benefits, but believe in what Islam says about each month, benefit from it.

Here some prayers that we talk to the moon:

From Saheefa Sajjadiya:

Sahife Sajjadiya

And here others:

Sighting of the Moon

And I brought this example to show:

1. Believing in Zodiac stars is disbelief.
2. Knowing about it and knowing how to counter the magic of the zodiac stars and the schedule of the devils, by the moon, and it's calendar, is not disbelief.

This is pretty much the same with all magic, to believe what the devils and Soothsayers say about it, and leave it that, is disbelief. To know there is elements of truth and to get guided to the cure of it and learning only of curses to dispel them is not only allowed, it's the perfection of faith.

God created us in a magic world, not only so that devils use it to slice and dice us all day, but that we look to God's rope and guidance to unbind that, gain weapons against Iblis and his forces, and tear them apart.

Whatever the reason the fate has it, I know how to retribute attack by sword of God, I know how protect myself and shield myself, and I know how to hide myself from vision of spiritual eyes.

These skils have become so intuitive to me, I can't forget it. You can say I'm a disbeliever for it, but I only used prayers of Ahlulbayt (a) to do it. Didn't learn how except from Quran and Ahlulbayt (a).

Magic is real. God didn't put us at the mercy of sorcerers and demons with no way to fight back.

The heart of Quran is "by the name of God". It's magical by nature when you say it, when you believe in it, when you use it, and when you live by it.

Don't forget to stay grounded... among other things, OK?

The other item I think is important is this. Anytime in Judaism that a request is made in a ritual or a in a prayer it is worded very carefully so that it is *not* a magic spell. We invoke biblical passages, names of the matriarchs patriarchs and prophets, and ask that it be "The Will of G-d" to render a result speedily and soon. It is never *us* as individuals who are calling the shots. The intended result is that our words and actions render certain attitudes in the Divine, but we do not make demands or attempt to make changes by our own choice.

Perhaps look into the passages in the Quran which appear to be magical, and let me know whether or not the wording follows this pattern as well? Or perhaps share any other patterns you notice?

A Magic spell doesn't do this.

A magic spell does that. The difference between relying on one proven by God or directly addressing God only, as you do or one the other hand relying on ones without proof, is the latter invites chaotic forces we can't verify are from God.

The name of God is the word of God connected to him, it's his light bright enough to cover us, firm enough to cut the darkness, and intense enough to protect us.

Calling upon God through the name of God while disbelieving God responds, not seeing his name, and disbelieving in the unseen, has never worked and never will.

This is what is meant by the Prophet (s), that a little action suffices with prayer to God, he means a bit of will power is enough while Quran talked about it from the point of believing in God.

And without white magic - prayer is like bow without an arrow. We are the arrow, we pray, but must embrace the response of God.

If we disbelieve and stop ourselves from attacking the devils, while asking God to make us attack them by sword of God, what use of it?

Belief, will, and action, these from a viewpoint are one and the same. All of them are white magic when done with aim towards God.

The dark magic believes in devils and uses unclean energy, they too, don't depend purely on themselves, and their God although both we believe is the Creator, at the end, is an illusionary sky mixed with pure light, that is they associate enough evil with God and enough of the devil with God, that we don't worship the same God.

This is why the 4 Qul Surahs near the end of the Quran are key. Some people say 3, and it's true they can work, but the 4th seals the deal often, and is a good way to initiate the last 3.

Prayers against dark magic come in the following pattern:

Oh God do this and that.... (this is not looking for instant response)
I do this and that by God.... (this is instance response)
Mohammad is in front of me, Ali is behind me, Gabriel is to the right of me, and Michael to my left (realization of divine help from God).

Then there is prayers that put all three of those together.

There is also prayers that Ask God to help you, then ask the Prophet (s) or Ali (s) to help you, then again, ask God to allow them by his permission.

There are prayers of course, asking God to do this and that by Prophet (s) or Ali (a) or Imams (a).

Then there is neutral to any of those which is why the last two Surahs are worded with declaration "By the name....say I seek refuge...."... which method you are using is left for you to decide.

Or it can be a declaration of all of them... or particular one in the moment.

The 2 refuge Surahs are worded, they can be intended in any of these.

Part 1
1. Making anyone or anything a partner with God;
2. practicing sorcery;
3. killing a living being without justification whose life has been declared sacred by Allah;
4. practicing usury;
5. misappropriating the property of an orphan;
6. running away in a battle; and
7. slandering chaste, innocent, believing women.”

This is extremely interesting to me and useful, do any more hadiths or stories or statements you (or anyone else) recalls regarding 7 things listed or 6 or 5?

This list of seven happens to neatly correspond to the domains of the 7 Heavenly Bodies which the folk of those times were heavily into.

Magic was performed frequently in relation to the moon, thus the night, and the water, and so it is of great interest that sorcery is listed second. Enlil or Enki was the "Lord of Water and Magic" in the region where the Hadiths were collected and widely dispersed.

It is notable that the 3rd corresponds with the 3rd domain, that of Justice and Death (Judgment of the Dead). These are listed similarly in Al-Fatiha as a Monitheistic counter to the Heavenly bodies very popular among the Arabians, particularly the South Arabians and Ethiopians before they had largely become Jews and Christians.

Finally, its also of interest that the 4th house which deals with trade and commerce mentions usury. The 6th which deals with disease and warfare mentions battle and cowardice.

The 5th which is the domain of growth and human development deals with care of orphans.

So this is extremely interesting. The first house deals with oneness in the statement and the 7th with bringing things to light or the truth, which was linked to the law and order associated with the Sun.

So if anyone can recall or think if various sets of 7, 6, or 5, maybe 3, or 12 and 13, these may be of interest. 27, 28, and 72 were also significant to the ancient people and would have caught their notice or have been used to correct or reform their notions and understandings.

Anyway, I hope that the list can be given of the demons, angels, creatures, whatever else.

There are stories about the "Sons of Iblis" who take in some ways from the Zoroastrian Persian type traditions of anthropomorphizing basic words and term and ideas into demons, something they did regarding the"Daevas" in the past as well, where every "negative concept" is associated with a real demon creature or evil spirit that goes by that name, like Jealousy, Pride, etc, personified, which was also the way they did it all across the Ancient World. That is why it can be useful to look into the "names" of things and find out what they are actually referring to, because even though later people may have literalized them, or even people at the time, these were "words" which they also had called "gods" at times.

Domain 1 (Zeus / Jupiter / Air): " In Islamic demonology, Iblis has five sons mentioned in Sahih Muslim.[1] "

Domain 2 (Poseidon / Moon / Water): Sut (مسوط) is one of the five sons of Iblis mentioned in Sahih Muslim.[1] He is a Shaitan who suggests lies.[2]

Domain 3 (Hades & Dionysus / Saturn / Earth): Awar (Arabic: اعور‎) is one of the five sons of Iblis, mentioned in Sahih Muslim.[1] He is a shaitan who encourages debauchery.

Domain 4 (Hermes / Mercury / Fire & Trade): Zalambur (alternate spelling Zalanboor) (Arabic: زلنبور‎) is one of the five sons of Iblis[1]mentioned in Sahih Muslim.[2] He is a shaitan who presides over dishonest and fraudulent business transactions.

Domain 5 (Athtar / Venus / Sex & Growth): Dasim (Arabic: داسم‎) is one of the five sons of Iblis, mentioned in Sahih Muslim.[1] He is ashaitan, linked to the cause of hatred between man and wife.

Domain 6(Apollo&Nergal / Mars / Destroyer): Tir (ثبر) is one of the five sons of Iblis mentioned in Sahih Muslim.[1] He is a Shaitan who causes calamities and injuries.

"
Mulūk al-Arḍīya (Arabic: ملوك الأرضية "Earthly Kings")

Each of these jinn kings has many tribes of jinn subjects to his rule. All the above given names are Arabic -- except for Shamhurish, whose origin is unclear. Shamhurish is considered by some accounts to have been a jinn companion of the Prophet, and some believe he died long ago -- in the early eighteenth century -- and has been replaced by Mutawakkil. 'Abu Murrah' (Father of Bitterness) is a common alias forIblis. 'Abu al-Harith' (Father of Plowman) is, for reasons lost in antiquity, an old Arabic term for African lion.

Four of the seven jinn kings qualified as 'archdemons', or leaders of infernal hosts: Mudhib, Maimun, Barqan and al-Ahmar. Each of the four archdemons had for his deputy anifrit, an evil jinni more powerful than a run-of-the-mill shaitan or devil. Mudhib had the ifrit Damriat (or Tamriat), Maimun had Man'iq (or San'iq), Barqan had Wahdelbadj (or Wahdeliadj) and al-Ahmar had Sughal.

The Zoroastrian Arch Daevas:

"
In Vendidad 10.9 and 19.43, three divinities of the Vedic pantheon follow Angra Mainyu in a list of demons: Completely adapted to Iranian phonology, these are Indra (Vedic Indra), Sarva (Vedic Sarva, i.e. Rudra), and Nanghaithya (Vedic Nasatya). The process by which these three came to appear in the Avesta is uncertain. Together with three otherdaevas, Tauru, Zairi and Nasu, that do not have Vedic equivalents, the six oppose the sixAmesha Spentas.

Vendidad 19.1 and 19.44 have Angra Mainyu dwelling in the region of the daevas which theVendidad sets in the north and/or the nether world (Vendidad 19.47, Yasht 15.43), a world of darkness. In Vendidad 19.1 and 19.43–44, Angra Mainyu is the daevanam daevo, "daevaof daevas" or chief of the daevas. The superlative daevo.taema is however assigned to the demon Paitisha ("opponent"). In an enumeration of the daevas in Vendidad 1.43, Angra Mainyu appears first and Paitisha appears last. "Nowhere is Angra Mainyu said to be the creator of the daevas or their father."[14]

The Vendidad is usually recited after nightfall since the last part of the day is considered to be the time of the demons. Because theVendidad is the means to disable them, this text is said to be effective only when recited between sunset and sunrise. "
"
Mirroring the task of the Amesha Spentas through which Ahura Mazda realized creation, the six antitheses are the instrument through which Angra Mainyu creates all the horrors in the world. Further, the arch-daevas ofVendidad 10.9 and 19.43 are identified as the antithetical counterparts of the Amesha Spentas. The six arch-demons as listed in theEpistles of Zadspram (WZ 35.37) and theGreater Bundahishn (GBd. 34.27) are:[17]

  • Akoman of "evil thought" opposingWahman/Bahman of "good thought" (Av.Aka Manah versus Vohu Manah)
  • Indar that freezes the minds of the righteous opposing Ardawahisht of "best truth" (Av. Indar versus Asha Vahishta).
  • Nanghait of discontent opposingSpendarmad of "holy devotion" (Av. Naonhaithya/Naonghaithya versus Spenta Armaiti)
  • Sawar/Sarvar of oppression opposingShahrewar of "desirable dominion" (Av. Saurva versus Kshathra Vairya)
  • Tauriz/Tawrich of destruction opposingHordad of "wholeness" (Av. Taurvi versusHaurvatat)
  • Zariz/Zarich who poisons plants opposingAmurdad of "immortality" (Av. Zauri versusAmeretat)
These oppositions differ from those found in scripture, where the moral principles (that each Amesha Spenta represents) are opposed by immoral principles. This is not however a complete breach, for while in the Gathas asha—the principle—is the diametric opposite of the abstract druj, in Zoroastrian tradition, it is Ardawahisht, the Amesha Spenta that is the hypostasis of asha, that is opposed to by Indar, who freezes the minds of creatures from practicing "righteousness" (asha). Greater Bundahishn 34.27 adds two more arch-demons, which are not however in opposition to Amesha Spentas:[17]

  • Xeshm of "wrath" opposing Srosh of "obedience" (Av. Aeshma versus Sraosha)
  • Gannag menog, the "stinking spirit", opposing Hormazd (Gannag menog is unknown in the Avesta, and Hormazd isAhura Mazda).
Also mirroring Ormuzd's act of creation, i.e., the realization of the Amesha Spentas by his "thought", is Ahriman's creation of the dews through his "demonic essence". Other texts describe this event as being to Ahriman's detriment for his act of "creation" is actually an act of destruction. Ahriman is the very epitome (and hypostasis) of destruction, and hence he did not "create" the demons, he realized them through destruction, and they then became that destruction. The consequence is that, as Ahriman and thedews can only destruct, they will ultimately destroy themselves (Denkard 3). As the medieval texts also do for Ahriman, they question whether the dews exist at all. Since "existence" is the domain of Ormuzd, and Ahriman and his dews are anti-existence, it followed that Ahriman and his dews could not possibly exist. One interpretation of theDenkard proposes that the dews were perceived to be non-existent physically (that is, they were considered non-ontological) but present psychologically.[18] (see also:Ahriman: In Zoroastrian tradition)

Part 3
For a different set of texts, such as theShayest ne shayest and the Book of Arda Wiraz, Ahriman and the dews were utterly real, and are described as being potentially catastrophic. In such less philosophical representations, the dews are hordes of devils with a range of individual powers ranging from the almost benign to the most malign. They collectively rush out at nightfall to do their worst, which includes every possible form of corruption at every possible level of human existence. Their destructiveness is evident not only in disease, pain, and grief but also in cosmic events such as falling stars and climatic events such as droughts, cyclones and earthquakes. They are sometimes described as having anthropomorphic properties such as faces and feet, or given animal-like properties such as claws and body hair. They may produce semen, and may even mate with humans as in the tale of Jam and Jamag (Bundahishn14B.1).

But with the exception of the Book of Arda Wiraz, the dews are not generally described as a force to be feared. With fundamental optimism,[19][20] the texts describe how thedews may be kept in check, ranging from cursing them to the active participation in life through good thoughts, words and deeds. Many of the medieval texts develop ideas already expressed in the Vendidad ("given against the demons").

A fire (cf. Adur) is an effective weapon against the dews, and keeping a hearth fire burning is a means to protect the home. The dews are "particularly attracted by the organic productions of human beings, from excretion, reproduction, sex, and death".[19] "

"
In addition to the six arch-demons (see above) that oppose the six Amesha Spentas, numerous other figures appear in scripture and tradition. According to BundahishnXXVII.12, the six arch-demons have cooperators (hamkars), arranged in a hierarchy (not further specified) similar to that of the yazatas. These are "dews [...] created by the sins that creatures commit." (BundahishnXXVII.51)

  • Akatash of perversion (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Anashtih "strife" (e.g., Chidag Andarz i Poryotkeshan 38)
  • Anast that utters falsehood (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Apaush and Spenjaghra who cause drought (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Araska of vengeance (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Ashmogh of apostasy (AvestanAshemaogha)
  • Az of avarice and greed (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Buht of idolatry (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Bushasp of sloth (Avestan Bushyasta) (e.g.,Gbd XXVII)
  • Diwzhat (Av. Daebaaman), the deceiver, the hypocrite
  • Eshm of wrath (Avestan Aeshma) (e.g., GbdXXVII)
  • Freptar of distraction and deception (e.g.,Gbd XXVII)
  • Jeh the whore (Avestan Jahi) (e.g., Gbd III)
  • Mitokht (also Mithaokhta) of scepticism and falsehood (e.g. Gbd XXVII)
  • Nang of disgrace and dishonor (e.g.,Dadestan-i Denig 53)
  • Nas or Nasa (Avestan Nasu) of pollution and contamination (e.g., GBd XXVII)
  • Niyaz causes want (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Pinih of stinginess and who hoards but does not enjoy its hoard (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Rashk (Avestan Areshko) "envy" (e.g.Denkard 9.30.4)
  • Sij who causes destruction (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Sitoj that denies doctrine (e.g., Dadestan-i Denig 53)
  • Spazg of slander (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Spuzgar, the negligent (e.g., Andarz-i Khosru-i-Kavatan)
  • Taromaiti of scorn (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Varun of unnatural lust (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
Other entities include:

  • Aghash of the evil eye (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Astwihad of death (Avestan Asto-widhatu orAsto-vidatu) (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • [Azi-/Az-]Dahak (Avestan Azi Dahaka), a serpent-like monster king. (e.g., J 4)
  • Cheshma who opposes the clouds and causes earthquakes and whirlwinds (e.g.,Gbd XXVII)
  • Kunda, the steed that carries sorcerers (e.g.,Gbd XXVII)
  • Uta who brings about sickness through food and water (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
  • Vizaresh that fights for the souls of the dead (e.g., Gbd XXVII)
The most destructive of these are Astiwihad, the demon of death that casts the noose of mortality around men's necks at birth, and Az, who is most capable of destroying the "innate wisdom" of man. Az is thus the cause of heresy and blinds the righteous man from being able to discern the truth and falsehood. "

"
A list of ten demons is provided in theShahnameh:[23] Besides the afore-mentionedAz "greed", Kashm "wrath" (Avestan Aeshma),Nang "dishonor", Niaz "want", and Rashk"envy", the epic poem includes Kin"vengeance", Nammam "tell-tale", Do-ruy "two-face", napak-din "heresy", and (not explicitly named) ungratefulness.

Some of the entities that in the Middle Persian texts are demons, are in the Shahnamehattributes of demons, for instance, varuna"backwards" or "inside out", reflecting that they tend to do the opposite of what they are asked to do. Although Ferdowsi generally portrays divs as being distinct from humans, the poet also uses the word to denote "evil people".[23]

One of the more popular stories from theShahnameh is that of Rostam and the Dīv-e Sapīd, the "white demon" of Mazandaran, who blinds Rostam's men (who are then cured with the blood of the demon's gall). "

"
Abu al-Walid Shamhurish (Arabic: ابا الوليد شمهورش "Shemhuresh, father of the New Born"),Chaarmarouch also at-Tayyar (the flyer), is the king of Jupiter (Musytary), the day Thursday (al-Khamees), the color Purple, the metal Tin and is monitored by the angel Tzedeqel (صرفيائيل Sarfya'il), he is said to favor green and white fabric. His successor is named Mutawakill. He had a son called Sultan al-Khal(سلطان الخال "the black sultan"). When Shamhurish died, he also left behind a daughter, who is still alive and assists women in practicing witchcraft. He is known asMelagoos "Shamhorash" which means the usher, the one who stands on the doors of the fifth palace for Satan and one of the servants of Prince Morrah, son of Satan.

As Sidi Chamharouch, Shamhurish is venerated as a saint in some parts of Morocco by many ministers, pashas, and other traditional civil servants. There is a shrine in his honor predating Islamic settlement near the village of Aroumd, the largest village in the valleys beneath the Atlas mountains. It is a mausoleum of sorts said to contain his remains, hollowed out of the ground beneath a massive boulder, which locals have painted white and crowned with green and white flags. Upon the arrival of Islamic settlers, a Masjid was built next to it, and since then, Sidi Chamharouch has been recognized as a jinni who crossed paths with Prophet Muhammad, and subsequently converted, later becoming aQadi (judge).

Sidi Shamharush is said to have a complicated communications network that is likened to a river with a thousand tributaries, each of which has a thousand subtributaries. There is a jinn responsible for each of these rivers, who runs errands and carries messages fro the king of the jinn to the farthest reaches of the world.

According to the Buffis, Shamharush is still alive. He has been frequently present in patients coming for cure at the shrine. The healers treat him as one of the sultans of jinn. A Buffi healer narrates the adventures of Sidi Shamharush with a female fortuneteller. The woman was possessed by al-Basha Hammou who set up the condition that she had to visit Sidi Shamharush before he would release her. The following is an excerpt from the whole story:

Once they reached the saint Mulay Brahim near Marrakech, the Buffi healer and his female patient hired donkeys and mules to undertake the journey to Shamharush. The saint appeared to be a remote stone in the wilderness surrounded by shanties. Once they arrived, the woman got afraid and asked theshrif how they would spend the night there. It was a deserted place. But when they entered a shanty, they found a still warm pasta dish waiting for them. They ate from it and went to sleep. The woman could not assimilate what was happening. Four dogs came to the place to watch over them. The following morning, they vanished. At noon, they heard someone calling outside. When they went out to see who was there, they saw no one except a large plate of couscous still hot put on the ground. They ate from it and took the road back home.
The story of the Buffi is a tour de force boasting of how Shamharush, the Sultan of jinn, has entertained him and his woman companion. He has sent his jinn guardians assuming the shape of dogs to watch over them and evoked food from nowhere to supply them with. The baraka of bringing about food from nowhere is a recurrent prototypical motif in the maraboutic culture. Saints are believed to achieve this miracle. Perhaps, this is related to their social role marked throughout the history of Morocco by giving food to charity to requesters during times of drought and famine. The maraboutic tradition states that to eat from the food prepared or brought to the saint is to take a share of his baraka. Even the saint'sbaraka is sometimes referred to as food, particularly a loaf of bread (khubza) to be shared by his descendants and followers. In fact, most Buffis brag of their mastership of jinn.

The title specifying that he is nasrani (‘Christian’), who is also known from some sources as Abu al-Walid or ‘Father of the Child’ (opposite). This is probably the reason why he is represented with a naked child in his hands, held upside down, although it is unclear whether Shamhurash’s influence over him is positive or negative. The talismanic symbols are complex and include also the hexagon, the ‘Seal [on the ring] of Solomon’ (khatam sulayman) which is formed by two triangles, one upright and the other upside down, symbolising the entire universe combining the upper and lower spheres.

A collection of transmissions for six ahadit (all of the sahih or hasan categories) going back to jinn transmitters. Four of them are attributed to the "Judge of the Jinn" (qadi l-jann), 'Abd ar-Rahman (or, in one case, 'Abd ar-Ra'uf) Samhuras, who was said to have met the Prophet Muhammad and to have finally died after the beginning of the twelfth century (according to the Moroccan Sadili Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Nasir ad-Dar'i). Two others are traced back to sidi Muhammad bin 'Abdallah al-Qaquwi, called the "king" or even "sultan" of the jinn ([al-]malik al-jann, sultan al-jinn). It is said that he was an inhabitant of al-Andalus and that he belonged to those jinn Companions who are still alive. He had performed the hajj during the time of the Prophet Muhammad and had fought all his battles together with him. Among Zabidi's transmitters were prominent scholars like Ahmad bin 'Abd al-Fattah al-Mallawi and Ahmad ad-Damanhuri. The transmissions from Samhuras go back to scholars of the 11th century AH (17th century CE) who claimed to have met this jinni. The person said to have met Muhammad al-Qaquwi, the "sultan of the jinn", first in a dream in the Magrib, then awake in Medina in 1192 AH (1778 CE), was a man called Abu l-Daxa'ir Muhammad bin Habib Allah bin al-Fadil bin Musa al-Ja'fari as-Samsawi who gave Zabidi an ijaza for his transmission in Cairo on 6 Rabi II, 1198 AH (28 February, 1784 CE). Zabidi wrote this collection for the Ottoman qadi l-qudat of Egypt, 'Abd al-Hamid Efendi Basim Koprulu-zade. "

" Murrah al-Abyad Abu al-Harith (Arabic: ابا مرة الابيض أبو الحارث "The White One, father of the Light") (Abu al-Nur) or Marah (مرة), the White King (malik al-abyad) is the lord of Monday, the Moon (Qomar), the color White, the metal Silver and is monitored by the angel Gabriel (جبرائيل). He is shown on the right in the form of an old wrinkled jinni with yellowish tanned skin. His shoulders are girdled with a blue stole and he wears orange shorts. He is shown with his knees bent while addresses two demons turned towards him, who listen carefully. The demon with the light pink complexion is seen kneeling, pointing a finger up to his mouth while the other demon, painted in green, stands behind him.

Al-Abyad was the devil who tempted the hermit Barsisa (برصيصا).

He is said to be the closest to Satan in his court. "

Maimun Abu Nuh, Meymun Aba Nuha (Arabic:ميمون أبانوخ "Prosperous, father of Rest") orMaymun ("Fortunate") also Maymon Rex in western occult, is the king of Saturday, the day of Saturn (Zuhal), the color Black, the metal Gold and is monitored by the angel Kasfa'il (Cassiel). He is the only king of the jinn who has wings and is indeed described as “Maymun of the Clouds” (ميمون السحابي"Maymun as-Sahab"). He is popularly known as a jinni saint by the name of Sidi Mimun orMaimun. He is the servant of minister Dikianos one the closest ministers to Iblis and the one to harm humans by the plague. His ministers as told in western occult are: Abumalith, Assaibi and Belidet.

In the The Book of Felicity (Fol. 85b), Maymun is depicted between sets of lively oriental clouds, the jinni’s upper body is shown with the same muscular body, armbands, bracelets and collar as Zawba'ah (Fol. 85a). He has large open wings with gold and red feathers, red flames under his body and a monstrous head with a pointed beard, tusks, green eyes, goat ears and bovine horns. He holds in his hands, suspended in the air, the half-naked body of a sleeping man, perhaps to emphasize his demonic powers as a kidnapper of human beings. An Arab author of magical treatises, al-Buni, describes Maymun as “the winged one”, “the black one” and “the executioner”.

The name Maymun is a cognate to the Aramaic Mammon, a divinity associated with money. "Maymun", also means "monkey" in Arabic.

Domain 4:

Barqan Abu al-'Adja'yb (Arabic: برقان ابو العجائب"Two Thunders, father of Wonders"), is the king of Mercury (‘Uthoorid), the day Wednesday, the color Blue, the metal Brass and was the lord of the City of Carnelian, and the Castle of Gold, and under his rule were five hill-strongholds, in each five hundred thousand Marids; and he and his tribe worshipped the Fire, not the Omnipotent Sire. He is monitored by the angel Michael (ميكائيل). Also known as The ‘Black King’ (Al-Malik Al-Aswad). His talisman is elaborate and also his helpers are quite extraordinary. He teaches the evil jinn all about magic and to harm humans with it.

Domain 5:

Zoba'ah Abu Hasan (Arabic: ابا النور الابيض زوبعة"Cyclone, father of the Handsome") (al-Abyad), the king Zawba'ah is the lord of Friday, Venus (Zuhroh) the color Green, the metal Iron and is monitored by the angel Anael (عنيائيل). Thisjinni has yellow ocher skin represented with four animal heads. Two heads in profile superimposed on the first, with a snub nose and two green eyed topped with a red flame. The upper head is distinguished by its two cattle horns turned inwards. The devil is sitting cross-legged in a royal pose, shirtless and wearing large pink pants to the green belt. He is assisted by two other demons, a gray-skinned one, the other being dark-skin with horns. He is the offspring of the goddess al-'Uzza in her epiphet of al-Zahra, the planet Venus. He is feared by most jinn.

From the Iranian world, div have human bodies and animal heads: their eyes are bulging, they have long ears or horns, and often spit flames. Their arms and wrists are encircled by broad bracelets. Two talismans on the top of the image are used to invoke this spirit.

Zawba'ah was one of the nine jinns who listened to the prophet Muhammad recite the Qur'an at Batn Nakhlah.

Note that when they were forbidden from listening [to heaven], and the heavens became inaccessible to them because of the shooting stars, they said, "This is only occurring because something is taking place.' So Zawba'ah [one of their known chiefs] gave the order to his friends to roam the earth, its East and its West, to find out what this event was that impeded them from reaching the heavens. When the friends of Zawba'ah arrived at Tihamah, they passed by Nakhlah, where the Prophet was reciting the Qur'an. They listened to it, and said, 'This is what prevented us from reaching the news from heaven." If they had not recognized the rank of the Qur'an and its inestimable value, they would not have been able to understand this, and they would not have hurried back to their people to warn them.

The Zoba'ah, which is a whirlwind, is said to be caused by an evil Jinnee who travels inside it.

Al-Ahmar

Kitab al-Bulhan by Abd al-Hasan al-Isfahani. The association with the planet Mars is particularly evident
Abu Mihriz (Arabic: ابا محرز "Father of the Attainer"), Abu Ya'qub (Arabic: ابو يعقوب), or al-Ahmar (Arabic: الاحمر "The Red One"), is the lord of the red planet, Mars (المريخ al-Mariikh), the color red, the metal Copper or Red Mercury and is monitored by the angel Samsama’il (Arabic: سمسمائيل; Hebrew: סַמָּאֵל Sammāʾēl). He is one of the leaders of prince Morrah son of Iblis' army.

The iconography of the Red King is one of the most interesting of this group especially when compared to two illustrations in the Kitab al-Mawalid in the Bibliothèque nationale de France. The jinni is depicted as a frontal figure with multiple heads, the only common attribute being the sword in his hand. However, another illustration shows a second jinni called Tarishsitting on a lion and biting the body of a snake. Tarish is not present in the Kitab al-Bulhan nor in the Ottoman copies, but the image of the Red King seems to incorporate his attributes too.

The Sabians of Harran gave to the spirit of Mars (اريس Ārīs) the name Lord of the Blind (رب العميان Rabb al-'Umyan) and Mara-Samya, which means the blind (Samya) lord (Mara) in Aramaic, and they call him blind because of his extreme violence and because in his rage he strikes without regard. Interestingly the angel of this planet, Samael, is also known as the "Blind One", whose duty is probably to seal the hearts of those who disbelieve.

Good posts DagonVaruna- there is nothing to fear of Satanic forces, only Satan makes us fear him and his friends. Knowing about them, helps us defeat them.

In reality, the Taghut is Satan, the Jibt is their magic, while Allah (swt) if Worshiped and seen, destroys all of the dark magic. Allah (swt) power is magical in nature, but it's real life and light. This while the unclean sustenance of the dark forces is mainly in the form of illusions built on illusions.

The first step is to believe in the holy spirit, the spirit from God and then to direct yourself towards God.

Whoever God saves through the holy spirit becomes great in the eyes of all creatures.

This is a proof to all that that is the right religion, when following the spirit from God, the holy spirit that it is, makes you of great majesty and power yourself.

In this time, the one who channels the light is hidden, and so the dark forces have taken advantage of that, and have called miracles of the past and great power like that, as tales of the past or exaggerations of followers.

But the believers can still connect to the majestic proofs and wonders of God, if they believe in that which has been hidden in form of proof of God and his religion.
