I hated my middle name until the 3rd grade because I couldn't spell it until then. I like it so much now, I gave my daughter the same middle name. :)
Which is.....? :)

I went through a period when I was a kid, where I would always throw up after eating spaghetti (several hours later, usually once I was in bed and had to make a run for the bathroom, and wasn't always successful  ).

When I was in chem class, we were heating glass tubes. Well, I held one (accidentally) by the part I just heated. Well, let's just say after about 3 seconds of holding that thing I was screaming and threw it down into the sink. My pointer finger and thumb were black and charred, which is 3rd degree burns. Well, the wierd part is, most of the time with 3rd degree burns you need to go to the hospital. Well, mine were completely gone the next day. I freaked my chem teacher out because everyone in the room smelt my burnt flesh. She couldn't believe it was gone. Completely gone. (Hmmm shall we add wolverine to the mix??:) )

When I was little, I had a horse we named Preacher (my Father chose it for Preacher's bad attitude). He had an odd temperment, and we couldn't break him of it. He would take off running in a given direction until the riders fell off, or he just gave out.

On one occasion, he was running toward our fence (and he knew it was there). Upon approaching the perimeter, he stopped in his tracks. I was riding with my cousin, so I grabbed hold of him in the air and stole me a cushion. Of course...my cousin took exception to that, and I found I'd have a better chance of catching the horse again than outrunning him :p.

My eyes changed colour from blue to green when I was seven or eight.

Now that's pretty nifty :D. I don't think I've known many people that that's happened to (or I wasn't aware of it lol).

My hair changed from blonde to brown around the same time, but that's not such an unusual thing. It's really obvious in my school photos though - one year I'm a blue-eyed blonde, and the next I'm a green-eyed brunette lol.

Ah, my eyes do change color, but I think it's perspective, and my hair goes from light brown to blonde depending on how much I'm inside/outside. It tends to stay on the brown side :p.

My eyes used to turn orangeish-red in a certain light. People used to just think I was evil. But it was just the light, I swear!!!

Not that interesting, I didn't even read it all, lol.

Yeah...but I was one of those folks who was under the impression it was one of the more simple genetic things :D. The article taught me a number of new things.

Interesting how people can have albinoism only in their eyes. Thats cool. I don't think I do though, they were only like that when I was little. Now they are pretty dark. I have photosensitivity, but none of the other things. Could it be latent and still cause photosensitivity?

If I had to guess, I would say no, I would think it would have to be present and active to cause photosensitivity. The whole deal with albinism is that it doesn't produce enough color protein, so when there isn't enough of that protein in your eyes, they are affected by light very easily, just like albino people throughout their whole body can't really get a tan. If all of a sudden, their body created proteins to darken their skin, they wouldn't burn easily. :)

My hair sun bleaches too, but it's never gone even close to the blonde colour I was before.

I didn't think so either. But just thought I'd ask. I have no idea why I have such bad photosensitivity. Opthemologists, optometrists, neurologists, etc... They don't know.

Lets see, I also don't know if I have epilepsy or not. They found a spike, but said it could either be epilepsy or a door shutting. So I don't even know if I have minimalls or anything. Doctors aren't good at telling me whats wrong. :D

Doctors usually make educated guesses. I remember me and you talking about rods and cones in another post. Perhaps, you have more rods than average (the sensors reactive to light), or you have an average number of rods, that are just very sensitive.
