rape justice?

To me it appears the majority of posters in this thread disagree with the idea of "rape justice".

For what it's worth, I certainly do. Among other things, there are too many innocent people sent to prison for all sorts of crimes they didn't commit. There's no justice in their being raped.

I would like to see some numbers on that.\
Sure
Turns out, it is cheaper to imprison killers for life than to execute them, according to a series of recent surveys. Tens of millions of dollars cheaper, politicians are learning, during a tumbling recession when nearly every state faces job cuts and massive deficits.

"It's 10 times more expensive to kill them than to keep them alive," though most Americans believe the opposite, said Donald McCartin, a former California jurist known as "The Hanging Judge of Orange County" for sending nine men to death row.

Considering that you think that in certain cases the death penalty should be applied and in light of the financial burden it places on society, would you suggest alternate means or methods for carrying out capital punishment/.

Aye, and there's simply no need to torture prisoners. Dangerous people need to be contained for the public's safety, not tortured.

Namaste,

Oh! Now I know what the OP means by the terms "Rape Justice". Wow. I am slow.

To be honest, pedophiles that are caught with legitimate proof indicating and proving that they were responsible for the act should be given either chemical castration or the death penalty. But, I disagree with putting addicts and drug users for minor possession charges into a prison with criminals that will rape them repeatedly.
