Your melodrama about racist Israeli Jews. What version?
Your melodrama about racist Israeli Jews.
*face paws as well*Weird.
As if a sexual act ever could be considered rape when both partners are adults and act consensually.
Well, with all due respect Tashan.lol, you no longer have any argument so you are putting words into my mouth now?
Dan, you are way better than that.
White Judge: Hey Negro, how dare you have sex with this pure girl, just like her color, white. You have make her dirty with your devil intent derived from your skin color. You should be punished for that. (old times huh?) Well, not that old ...
Replace Black & Negro with the word Arab, and White with Jewish. So deal with it, it's a Jewish state. Did they say it was a democratic state? :sarcastic
I thought the legal system is judges people. I mean thats what the call a judge right???
I think its more complicated than that. the publicity of this case made it take off to all kinds of realms.Bottom line - this judge was wrong.

Accusations of prejudice or racism have been repeatedly voiced, while ignoring quite an interesting scope of information, about other cases of 'rape by deception' inside Israel itself, or the US, and ignoring the personal history of the judge which proves that he sentenced Jews to even more hard terms for doing to Muslims what many would say was far less offenstive than this case.
People didnt simply say 'the judge was wrong', they projected on the entire Israeli system of law with questionable accusations half rooted in hype.
Yeah, I know. I was just trying to KISS (Keep It Simple Sweetie).
I thought KISS stood for Keep It Simple Stupid...
Judges judge people for legal purposes, of course. They have authority to decree fines, sentences and other penalities. That is their differential.
Actual judgement calls are, of course, far more general. And that is a good thing too; people shouldn't rely on others' calls as a matter of course.
?Bottom line - this judge was wrong.
Here's the deal. You have been wrong all along, and you can't deal with it, so you try to cover it up with nonsense like this. Nice try, but the only person you're fooling is yourself.
so are you blind too or does your religion let you judge people? Excuse my lack of knowledge in the different religions.
?
Wrong in what way? Wrong because you disagree with what the law says?
It takes blindness not to realize that people should think of their own, don't you agree? I personally don't think even the common understanding is correct about christians avoiding judging others. They should instead be aware that they, too, will be judged in turn.
Just like everyone else, really. Making judgements is a basic social necessity.
