I respect the juridisprudence of Denmark. Let's not forget that it deals with the Scandinavian juridical school, which is different than ours. We have the Napoleonic juridical tradition.
According to our laws Paludan never engaged in hate speech. If he had done what he has been doing in Italy, he would have never been even mentioned by the news. Because what he does falls within our notion of freedom of speech, and freedom of press.
