Its only a Label
Friends,

Have heard that Jesus spent his time between ages 14 to 21 at Kashmir valley and later came here after his crucification.
However find a similar claim from Japan:Shing.
Can anyone provide scientific proof to accept.

Love & rgd

according to ahmadyia community, Jesus died normally in Kashmir, India. in fact jews tried to crucify Him but they failed and then Jesus escaped and went to India, after that He spent His life in India.

I have heard of Jesus being in India too, except it was before his ministry and his crucifixion, when he was younger.

I wouldn't put much stock on either of them.

I would think both.

I ask you, from where did Jesus got the costume to pray with his hands together?

Please edit your posts. It is "custom", not "costume".

Costume is wearing distinctive clothes, because of cultures or other reasons. Superman wears a costume, when he is not being Clark Kent. People wear costumes in balls, opera, plays and in Halloween parties.

To Me Myself:

As to the praying with the hands together. Nothing in the gospels say that how Jesus prayed...or at least I don't recall this happening.

Can you cite which verse (from the gospels) that show Jesus praying in this way?

Maybe I am wrong, I´ll re-check it now,but if I am not wrong he said "join your hands and pray like this" when teaching the Our Father

I must definetely retract.

It did not include that.

Well, oncein a while I must fake a mistake to feel humble, this is that time :ninja:

You don't need to be humble, but it is good to know that you can admit your mistake.

In any case, I don't recall Jesus or his disciples praying with their hands together.

If I remembered this correctly, Jesus prayed at Gethsemane before his arrest, laying down with his face to the ground. Don't recall what chapters/verses were, but it shouldn't be too hard for you to find.

And Jesus prayed when he was on the cross. No chance for clasping hands together.

By Word of God you mean...?

Mahabharat?

Qran?

Illiad?

Vedas ?

I mean okay, the word of God has it, but who knows what the word of God is and how do we know he really got it?

the Bible answers questions that only God can answer such as what happens to us when we die. That is an answer only he would know. The fact that bible is unique in stating that mankind cease to exist shows that it is not influenced by the writings you mention which are very certain there is an afterlife. So someone is not telling the truth and I think it shows that the bible at least is not likely to be the work of men who want nothing more then for an afterlife to exist.

there are many stories but only one true story

...the word of God has it because he is a God of truth.

so how we know which story is real. we can find the truth with the helping hands of rationality and logic, the truth is Jesus was human prophet of God, He was human and prophet of God, He died normally and will not come back to us because when a person dies, he or she will not return to us, it is natural law.

i respect bible and all other religous texts. bible was the word by God but its being interpolated by selfish hands.

why did his close associates, his first disciples and apostles, all testify that Jesus died and was resurrected?

why were they willing to die for that belief. when persecution arose, they merely had to deny Christ and be spared...yet why did they hold to the belief of his death and resurrection?

You're taking an account that was written over 100 years after the fact, with no direct connection to the events depicted. I'd say none of it happened, and it made for good literature.

because his disciples did not want to spread this news that Jesus was alive, He survived from complete crucifiction,if they spread this news jews would follow Jesus and Kill him. Jesus did not die on cross, i can prove this even from bible
