The Americastanian health care system is hardly free a market system, with the exception of concierge doctors. Medicare is so cheap that many doctors won't deal with it....the fees don't cover the costs.

In some cases they don't. This is quickly becoming a healthcare cost thread between the two of us. I don't mind but it is one of the few areas that Australiastan beats Americastan.
I will admit there is some overlap but not that one is better than the other.

Well they do something with Kangaroo's and coral reefs but it apparently gets the job done.
I've heard of the unusual relationship Australiastanians have with their "boomers", who always look terrified.
Norway would be a nice place, with a climate much like Alaska. Problems? It's filled with Norwegians & the stench of lutefisk! Even Scots don't eat lutefisk.
Norway also has its share of worsening social problems. But at least you can watch The Simpsons there.
The only place they have pandas is on menus.

Naw, we already declared victory and moved on. Americans (I've noticed) have a tendency to hang around AFTER declaring victory, trying to clean up the mess.

Ok then what about Finlandiastan.....I'm fed up with Americanistan because of its politics (I work to close to those smarmy politician types) and I don't like Australiastanian because everything there wants to kill you AND they have those filthy sissified 6 foot hoping rats.... and Chinastan is right out because you can't breath there...... dang...I'm running out of places....hmmm....maybe Canadastan....nah....that would be silly...I don't like our bacon and their's is MUCH worse
