I don't know if this helps or not, but the biggest PR problem that Libertarians have is that everyone doubts that you actually vote for Libertarian candidates. You libs may need to be more public about your voting records and somehow overcome that stigma. I know it isn't fair, but people tend not to believe that. When someone admits to voting Democrat or Republican I believe them. When they claim they support a smaller party such as yours or such as the Green Party I tend to doubt it.
Of course not -- Americans are notoriously overweight! Chaps would look like the skirt fin on a cuttlefish!
