I wish that the Israelis would move here, to Indiana. A few million smart, industrious people would be quite welcome, as far as I'm concerned. And I wouldn't mind them looking around and saying "You people have to pay for basic healthcare? Don't you have a government?"
To me, this is the most idiotic part of the Muslim response to Israel. Imagine how different the world would be if the Religion of Peace had taught the Palestinians to build themselves something instead of trying to tear down Israel.

I read earlier today somebody saying that seeing as there is no viable solution to the mess in Israel and Palestine (two-state solution? Israel has taken too much land in the West Bank, no continuous Palestinian territory there now. one-state? ethnic civil war very likely) it doesn't make sense to judge which solution people advocate by its practicality. Because none actually have any practicality. So they should be judged on other merits.

What those merits were, I don't remember. It's a matter of opinion, I guess.

Big talk from a guy whose empires crumbled hundreds of years ago.

1) India is a growing superpower, with several martial communities. The only reason the Muslims would take out parts of India was because of the divide amongst Indians. And even then every time they took out one kingdom, another one rose. Entire new religions (Sikhs) were formed as a counter to the barbaric bull**** that came with the Islamic invaders
2)India has defeated Pakistan in every single war. India split Pakistan in two. Indians are not what the media shows buddy. There are hundreds of millions of warlike people in India.
3) India has a growing army and is one of the strong countries in the world.
4) India will probably be top 5 strongest military power soon, and this is coming from a divided nation whose people were subjugated and millions killed by the Mughals and the British.
5) India is cool with Russia, Israel and America.

You are lucky India is Hindu, which are not as expansionist and violent as other religions. Hinduism tempers Indians and brings about amazing tolerance. While your countries will still be fighting each other, India will continue to rise but won't invade and subjugate its enemies like it should.
