Politicians and the religious both use the word "Truth" in the same way."

You are correct the brain doesn't work at the speed of light. However, it's not the brain itself causing this reaction.

 

[Unification]

Humans' are attracted to religion due to the lower nature of oneself. The natural, literal, physical, carnal, the body(earth) made from matter is always going to be attracted to what it's made from. Material. It's making the two whole that sees and experiences God. (The upper spiritual internal nature and the lower nature)
The uniting of the 12 tribes (nerves) around brain into complete oneness. Divine Union (marriage).
One can never find truth, which is endless revelation, until looking for God within them and being brought low and humbled by a still mind... The riddance of the world we have created and experience that is in prison and a conscious hell mentally from all the mind conditioning of the outside world and of our lower selves.
Sitting on top of our own thrown will never work. Our knowledge of uselessness needs destroyed by this energy. A flood. Light revealed. Within.
