I don't really reject any of them because I respect the fact that people are free to choose whichever path that best suits them.

i just wanted to say, that there's a big difference between rejecting certain doctrines of a religion and rejecting the entire thing. but then, if you reject a central tennant on which the entire faith is based, are you not also rejecting everything that comes with it? can one pick-and-choose?

I think I can see what you are saying, Gracie. I did just that, for a few years, so you can pick & choose; whether or not it is seen as being acceptable by the Church whose religion you follow is a different matter.

You can choose to do what you life, for that reason. Would it be right ? - to you I suppose, yes (and, after all, Faith is a personal belief). So I'd say yes, you can pick and choose though I dare say some here would argue vehemently with me.

There's a little known but extremely pervasive and nafarious secret cult known as S.H.T.T- H.E.D (Society of Holier Than Thou Hypocritical Ego Deifiers) whos agents have wormed their way into the ranks of all major religions with the intent of undermining their credibility (and palatablity)and who's ultimate goal is to make the whole concept of "Faith" seem dangerous and insane, and the term "God" sound like a dirty word.

I'm OK with pretty much everybody else.

Fundamentalism in all faiths. Especially the idea that they are God's favoured ones & have the handle on truth (tm)

If I reject any, it shows that I think that my way is superior. God does not want us to look down on others. God is the final destination. Religions are just the paths towards him/her.

I don't even look down at atheists. We can close all the religious texts now and live with love. Love is what God wants.

Many religions contain truths and many religions contain falsehoods. There is no religion that I have come across that I consider to be is 100% free of falsehoods.

My previous religion set the bar pretty high, claiming to be the only true church. If a religion is true and God's only church, it better be 100% true.

Personally, I don't reject any religion with the exception of Satanism. I know very little of it, but I do know that it is a selfish religion. What Satan stands for in my religion is that of "The Accusor" (in Job) and "slanderer" (in the New Testament).

I notice alot of similarities between my religion of Christianity to others like Buddhism and Hinduism and others but there are none between Christianity and Satanism.

*note-I don't reject atheists as much as I disagree with them that I do believe in a deity. Also I don't hate Satanists, I don't hate anyone.

Everthing except Christianity (which is in agreemnt with me on the fundamentals of the faith). Everything else is chaff.
