Religious Headgear in Austria

Gjallarhorn

To equate longstanding religious traditions - traditions for which many have been persecuted and killed - with childish acts of ridicule is more than a little pathetic.
Just because something is longstanding, or the subject of persecution, doesn't make it right. Your criteria for acceptance are a bit skewed.

Hostis humani generis
I find this man's act about as funny as I would a child in a school playground mocking an East Asian child by pulling his eyelids - that is, I don't find it funny, or humorous, or insightful, or to be making a statement--- in the slightest.

One has to have very little idea of how important religiously obligatory headgear is to those who wear it to think such an act is anything but foolish.
