Yes, your multiple time incompetent God gave a design to someone that had no power tools. Even accomplishing the job with wood would be a task that he probably could not accomplish. In fact if one looks at the man hours for the Ark museum, which was built with modern tools It makes Noah's work appear to be impossible. You need to prove that he could build that tub with such a meager work force.
