I dont buy the idea that a high libado makes anyone a rapist. It may contribute in some cases, but in the end its their attitudes and values that allows them to do it.

So I guess then we should just go ahead and start raising boys in psychiatric wards?Or lets get honest and say we as the adults and how our society runs is confusing the hell out of them .When gangs of 14 year old's are sadistically raping 12 year old girls I hardly think they were just "born that way" .So we need to change things.Not just lock um up and call them "insane".

In the states that have passed these laws, women can only go topless where men can. I'm doubtful that there will be much change. The creepies will still be out there, unfortunately.
