That is rather weak evidence when one considers who wrote the Bible and the ethos of the time. The evidence is stronger that it portrays and evil God than your claim.

I would just go with a gender neutral God. The idea of God going around schtupping women (he was Jewish after all) is rather ridiculous.

Just out of curiosity, do you believe current sexist practices all date back to Eden? If so, do you believe the original curse will be removed?
