Well, if someone approaches you out of the blue and asks for sex, no matter who they are, how well they word it, or how long you've known them, it'll be weird.

Honestly, I couldn't say. Maybe, maybe not. It depends on the reason she was asking and my relationship with my sister.

But I think you're stupid if you think that I must be willing to do everything that I think should be legal. It's legal to eat oysters, but I'd never have one. And yet I firmly believe that people should be allowed to eat them if they want.

You see, martin, a person can support the legalisation of something without necessarily wanting to participate in that thing.

I'd consider it, the actual answer would depend on what our relationship was like and whether I felt any sexual chemistry with him. Just typical huh, I actually only have two sisters.

If a mom and son, cousin and uncle, etc. love each other then why ban it? For example, Queen Victoria, of the British Empire, loved Prince Albert, her cousin I believe, dearly, but when he died in 1861 she was depressed. So depressed that she stayed out of the public eye for over a decade.

Of course it's not normal, if it was it'd be widespread and legal. But normal is a relative concept, something that changes over time and by location.

Well I see "incest" as any regular form of relationship. Just because it's between Jeff and his Mom, or Erica and her Dad should not make it "depraved" or "immoral".

Regular relationships can lead to sexual abuse just like incestual relationships.

I wasn't sure if Qymaen had read much of the thread so I was just giving him a quick review.

As for black and white , it is to be like this here because we are talking about law. ie: ban or legalise.

So on balance a decision has to be made - clearly black and white.

The banning option seems to outweigh the legalisation one.

we have already discussed the strange case of necrophilia which never really led to any satisfactory conclusions.

how about drug abuse and possession of certain kinds of pornography - arguably not directly harmful to others but banned for good reason (in my view)
