To improvise as I go the right method to be feels. Sometimes free-form this is, & sometimes a pattern I develop.
Often things I change. All a work in progress is, for boring it would otherwise be.

I was thinking more along the lines of not letting my *** catch on fire so I could meditate. (Hence the need for a flame-proof meditation cushion.) You've seen Uncle Scratch's Zen garden, no?

Actually, if you really want to find out what it is like, I can try sending the PMS Monster over. Ain't nothing like trying insight meditation into PMS. :eek:
