so would the unformed nature be it's idea?
The idea is its 'formed nature,' to use your words. All the ideas we hold make up the world.

We are informed (formed mentally) by ideas. Everything that makes us, "in here" (the head), is all the 'things' that are the world in idea form. We have the idea of the unformed--the nameless or wordless, unable to be uttered--but since it has no form it is entirely vague.

Silence is formed.

(For some people--those called pantheist--the 'unformed nature' of the world is god, and the 'formed' idea is the creation.)
