Playing with interest rates is not the only way to control growth/inflation .. it is the preferred method
of the wealthy (G7), as it enriches them further.
This does not only serve as a 'colonial trick' further impoverishing poorer nations, but also
impoverishes poorer people in your own nation.
eg. house repossessions
