Smartest Guy In the Room

I think people who are seriously brilliant are often mistaken for fools. I think that study was onto something.
You know this reminds me of the phrase, be careful what you wish for.

I can imagine some might wish to be so smart, but I do agree, that being that smart often has a hefty price in other areas. Namely, finding people to connect with. It is said of many intellectual giants, that they had a tough time finding people to connect with, and of course always end the rest of their life sitting at Oxford, Harvard, or some place that brings a hint of comfort to them.

In best case scenarios they find someone to love, and can have a non-intellectual side to their life as well.

Typically, I'm not the smartest in the room, but no doubt the shortest.

Now, if this was about me thinking I have the nicest ***? No contest.

See, I look at it this way...I gotta use what I got. And if my *** is what gets me to my goals, then I expect it's greatness to be noticed, respected, and ultimately worshipped.

Same thing happens to me. Same thing.

Why would they **** out a word like "personality"?
Those rascally moderators!

I think you will find it should be the mostest dumb.
Your suggestion is most wise & more correcter, but if I took it, then I'd be acting above my pay grade.
People would start expecting better things of me.

Who feels the need to be the smartest guy in the room wherver they go? I've encountered a lot of people online and offline who have this personality trait. Always gotta be smarter than the other guy. Personally, I think this is a sickness. What does everyone else think?
I tend to stay away from the Ego....the answer to your question. But the only time I did go outside myself is when someone attacked me and slander the master I'm with ...it happened a few times..

Intelligence is our own construct. It isn't intelligent to think of it as anymore than speculation.

You use your *** to work on your dissertation? Sweet.

What are your goals? My interest in your *** and your interest in reaching your goals might just get both of us to our goals!

My goals are to rule the universe. I don't really have the brains (though I can fake intelligence from time to time), but while I still have a nice *** at my age, I gotta work with what I got.

Well, not only do I have the nice ***, I can make mashed potatoes really well. But I have yet to see how mashed potatoes will get me to Supreme Ruler of the Universe.
