Really? I find that hard to believe. If it were the same size, it wouldn't be so much less hot at night.

I think they call that "convection" or something like that. Do this: go out on a hot sunny day and touch a rock. Then, come back later that night and touch the same rock.

Often as not, the rock should feel cooler at night (although I'm pretty sure this is just an illusion too).

This has got me thinking it might be a good time to start marketing my perpetual motion machine.

I did this and it didn't work.

I guess I should move the rock out of my living room and try again.

Obviously, there's something they're not telling us. I don't know about all of you but I'm just about fed up with being a dupe for those sneaky Wyomians.
