Solar Panels Drain the Sun’s Energy, Experts Say

I don't think "opening a widow" is likely a good idea.

Tom

Well no, not with all those sneaky Wyomians lurking about.

See? See how they're controlling our lives already? Without our even knowing it?

Except that now we do, so look out.

So how's that blog coming?

Hmmm. No, I think there's more to this conspiracy than meets the eye.

Obviously, there's something they're not telling us. I don't know about all of you but I'm just about fed up with being a dupe for those sneaky Wyomians.

One of us need to start a blog right now.

Conspiracy theories are for people who can't explain things rationally.

Really, its just magnets. They distort the space between us and the sun, making it appear smaller at night.

You know how they say the moon's magnetic pull makes the tides move?

Some people say, "tide comes in, tide goes out, you can't explain that." But you can, it's magnets

But that doesn't explain the Northern Lights, now does it?

Magnets!

You know how the paranormal shows talk about how magnetic fields makes it feel like someone's looking at you?

People all have magnets in their eyes too, and when they look at you, you know it because of the magnets. That's why magnetic fields are able to reproduce that feeling when no people are around.

Come to think of it, I do feel like I'm being pulled somewhere, and my iron count was high.

Asking for a show of hands in the thread isn't going to change anything.

You need to create a poll.

You create it, I'll admire it from afar.

But don't you have to send it something like this to Wyoming for approval first?

Luckily I don't live too far from this institute and I have a degree in phyiscs. I should be able to easily gain an audience with the fellow in charge.

The whole point to post post modernism is that words mean exactly what you mean when you say them.

Disagreement is bigotry.

That's an "aye".

Tom

If that's the case, then post modernists will appreciate the following poem:

Duck coleslaw tungsten rhenium bitmap toothpaste.
Ahoy!
Beer-nap Worcestershire sidewalk?
Cold, most indeededly cold.
Vermouth.
Ahoy!
Vermouth.

So let me get this straight. If I put solar panels on my house, the sun will come closer to my house, but not to my neighbours because he doesn't have solar panels?

Cool! I'll be warmer than him.

I feel like I've learned something from this conversation. Something sciencey, hot and very up to date. I'm very flexible and love to learn new things. When will they talk about this on Cosmos I wonder?

Post post modernist, not post modernist you misogynistic dweeb.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
And on a really bright day we run the risk of pulling the sun closer to us, thus aggravating global warming.
That explains the rise in wind technology. Those huge wind turbines are not really generators to produce electricity, they are actually there to blow the sun back. A massive cover up.

Thing that worries me is what if there's a power surge and they wind up blowing the sun out altogether?

Do you have any idea how inconvenient that would be? Especially with summer coming?

They wouldn't do that. Wind technology has been around much longer than solar technology. So, while solar technology has some unforeseen consequences like pulling the sun, they have had the time to work out all the kinds with wind tech. Those windmills are fine-tuned pieces of technology.

The real question is, why are they still called windmills when they don't mill anything anymore? It concerns me that they might be milling something else, secretly. If it weren't something important or devious, they wouldn't be hiding it! They put a ton of them all in one place; what if they are milling the earth itself??

Some people have known things were not what we've been told for years. Back in the Dark Ages when there was an organization with the sinister name, Bell Labs (yeah, we knew what they were up to), someone leaked the truth out into the world. The issue with solar panels is a corollary to what has been known for a while:
For years it has been believed that electric bulbs emitted light. However, recent information from Bell Labs has proven otherwise. Electric bulbs don't emit light; they suck dark. Thus they now call these bulbs dark suckers. The dark sucker theory, according to a spokesman from the Labs, proves the existence of dark, that dark has mass heavier than that of light, and that dark is faster than light.

The basis of the dark sucker theory is that electric bulbs suck dark. Take for example the dark suckers in the room where you are. There is less dark right next to them than there is elsewhere. The larger the dark sucker, the greater its capacity to suck dark. Dark suckers in a parking lot have a much greater capacity than the ones in this room.

As with all things, dark suckers don't last forever. Once they are full of dark, they can no longer suck. This is proven by the black spot on a full dark sucker. A new candle has a white wick. You will notice that after the first use, the wick turns black, representing all the dark which has been sucked into it. If you hold a pencil next to the wick of an operating candle, the tip will turn black because it got in the path of the dark flowing into the candle. Unfortunately, these primitive dark suckers have a very limited range.
Those with strong stomachs and holes in their heads can read the "rest of the story": BELL LAB PROVES EXISTENCE OF DARK SUCKERS!

Are they being serious or did they drop some acid and have gravitational pull explained to them backwards?
I don't understand your comment. Dropping acid is dangerous and can result in burns, but what does that have to do with reverse gravity? I know that if a pool doesn't have enough acid then people cannot swim in it. Maybe that is what you are talking about.
