Some Insight Into What Cops In My Area Are Like

You missed the drunken cop's getting
kid glove treatment. And his expectation
of preferential treatment, which leads to
flouting the law.
I didn't miss the part where he expected preferential treatment. That's why I said, "He may have felt he shouldn't have, but that's his own problem."

What do you think the arresting cops should have done differently?

I think arresting civilians should go differently,
ie, treat them as well as they do their buddies.
If the cop arrested in the video had pulled a gun on the arresting officers, what do you think the arresting officers would have done differently than what they normally do with civilians?

IOW, the arresting officers would have opened fire, just as with any civilian.
We don't know how their reactions would differ
based upon your proposing a hypothetical
situation to which I considered possibilities.

But we do have an example of cops shooting
someone they believed to be a civilian, but
discovered was a fellow cop. Then came the
apologies, the weeping, the crying, the apologies,
& the immediate calling for an ambulance.
Had it been a civilian, their death doesn't matter.

Understandable. The weeping and crying comes from the fact that it was someone they personally knew. Same would be the case if you yourself shot someone breaking into your house who turned out to be a friend. It'd be different if it was a true burglar who was threatening your life.

Drunk man points gun at civilians.
Tells them to leave, or he'll "take their souls".
Cops arrive to "investigate".
Drunk lies about having a gun.
Cops smell alcohol on him.
But upon discovering that he's a cop,
they ignore the DUI violation.
Cops take his vehicle after arresting him,
but then they release him, & give him a
ride home.
Drunk cops is now on paid vacation until
his trial in Sept this year.
Cops...when they commit crimes, they
get special treatment.

Cop tazes man, & makes anti-gay insults, assaults the man,
knocking him unconscious. Also threatens to **** the man's child.
Cop has a long history of misconduct, but the department kept him on anyway.
No prosecution of the cop.
Cop just moves to another department.
The abuse of civilians continues with supervisors sweeping it under the rug.
Taxpayers foot the bill though for settlements though.

Some insight to why we have so many bad cops
is shown by bad judges. This judge got away
with sexual predation, racism, & abuse for years.
Finally, she's been removed....for now, while
being investigated.

Here they set up the most useless sobriety checkpoint for Memorial Day a couple weeks ago. It was on the far north end of town, alost far enough to be outside of town, on the south bound lane, in front of a 24-hour grocery store making evasion easy, a set up so useless they only got a few people driving while suspended and a bout a dozen citations for not having their license on hand and not one drunk driver.

But that proves all their efforts at reducing DWI worked. :)

,,....................
- He beat his girlfriend. (I knew her because she worked
at a local hardware store I frequented.) She said that
he told her to keep quiet about it, or he'd have his cop
buddies go after her family.
- He threatened to beat up co-workers once.
- When I fired him, he stole from me.
I know why he didn't bash you. Faced with your figure, bulging muscles and gorgeous good looks, he just nicked some stuff!
Don't pretend you ain't tough...we can all see your pic on yer avatar.

The Lout (the moniker I gave him) was a
bully who only picked on easy marks, ie,
women.
This might explain his sexual interest in
children. (He's currently in the legal system
for having child porn on his computer.)

When a cops is adjudicated to be
unsuited to be a cop, what happens?
They're rehired as a cop multiple times.

Man is pulled over by state cops.
They accuse him of being drunk.
He passes all tests, including a blood test at a hospital.
They jail him anyway to "sober up".
While detaining him, the cops are searching their own
car for a drug stash, apparently to plant on the driver.
Thank you, Governor Whitmer, for keeping such
cops on the force, & allowing such corrupt acts
to continue.

For those interested in seeing what these homophobic
racist corrupt cops did (including the black racist cop)....

MI State cops give man sobriety tests. He passes all.
They take him to jail for DUI. Charges later dropped.
Body camera footage shows cops conspiring to plant
drugs in man's car.
$10,000,000 suit.
How many lives have Michigan State cops ruined by
framing innocent people? We'll never know.

Corrupt cops.
History of false evidence.
Putting innocent people in prison.
Corrupt prosecutor.
Paid off witness.
Hidden evidence.
Duane Williams spends over a decade in prison
fighting for his innocence. Firefly Advocates
helped prove government corruption, & get
him finally released, despite government efforts
to keep him there.

How many more innocent people have cops
& prosecutors framed for crimes? And guilty
criminals go free as another consequence?
