I don't think so. It's not necessary. I used to never take it. My wife has some sitting in the kitchen on the counter. I just take on some silly whim, "Oh yeah, there's that B12 stuff, maybe I should have one" and I'll eat one, then forget about it again for a week, or 3 months.

But like you, we eat ridiculously healthily. I actually do think greens are one secret. In summer I eat kale or swiss chard, daily, and not just some small portion either. Our French fry replacement is yellow string beans. :)

This (physical) was just confirmation to how I feel.

I eat a lot of Kale too. I have a Kale chip obsession :)

I eat like a horse too. Yum. Food on the stove right now.

Just curious (and I may learn something :D)... any reason for Tuesday and Thursday?

Tuesday is the day of Lord Hanumanji and Thursday is the day for Ganeshji and Shri Sai Baba. Thats why every Tuesday in the mandirs they chant Hanuman Chalisa. I believe it's something to do with him being born on a Tuesday (and something with the moon). Just for your information, Monday is the day of Lord Shivji.

Thursday is Guruwara, day of the Guru, in honor of the Guru. Friday is the day of Shakti. Saturday for Shani, my daughter-in-law would not have non-vegetarian food. I suffer it each week. Suppliments are not required unless you do not get ultra-violet rays. Leafy vegetables and citrus fruits. Body can do with much less than what we subject it to. I like salty potato chips with chillies.

OK, I thought that was it. Thanks. On Mondays the temple does Shiva abhishekam, Tuesdays they do Hanuman chalisa chanting. I didn't know about Thursday for Ganesha. The temple doesn't do anything for him on Thursday, Sunday is Sri Mahaganapathi abhishekam. Saturday is Shani... I used to keep a candle or oil lamp lit for most of the day on Saturday.

Yep, Thursday is actually Shri Sai Baba's day as well.

Speaking of Curry my Eggplant curry over Quinoa came out nice.

My meat eating 'ol school cowboy type best friend ate some for lunch when I brought it to work and even he loved it. Yet another great side effect to going strict veg, without relying on meat for flavor you learn to cook well.

That is true. Perhaps you can use 'garam masala' or 'meat masala' available at Indian stores.
(Well, perhaps not the right thing to do, it will arouse 'tanha', desires.)

Doing things that are pleasurable is not always bad.
