spirit possession

Vanakkam Payak !

Are you from Thailand ?
I have heard of some temples where Ajarn (some famous but I don't remember the names exactly) perform once a year a Sak Yant empowerement ceremony.
It is said that during the ceremony people get sometimes possessed by the spirits of the Sak Yant and the monks have often trouble keeping them under control.

Have you seen this kind of ceremony with your own eyes ? They are usually held public.

Also what was done to the people you witnessed ? Did you bring them to the monks ? Did anyone recited the Suat Panyak ?
You should advise to those village people, if they are often bothered by situations like this, to get if possible some Nam Man suat panyak, and if it is not possible some Nam mon suat pnyak. It very powerful protection and mean to exorcise even without any temple or monk nearby. Because the complete ritual with suat Panyak is very tricky to do, only monks should do it.
The best is to apply Nam man suat panyak oil, or Nam mon suat panyak on the person suffering or suspected to suffer spirit possession.
Nam mon suat panyak can be used to purify the house also. But the oil should be applied to people or animal only.

They make Nam man suat panyak oil once in a year at Wat klong toey nae, you might want to write to them or visit them to get some.

If you look in google in Thai you will find many results

Aum Namah Shivaya

Vanakkam,

I have 6 sak yants on my body, same by Ajarn noo, the others by Ajarn Bhoot.

You are very lucky  I hope one day to meet a master too and to receive Sak Yant on my body.

I have seen the ceremonies however I do not believe they were really possessed like the ones in the village.

What is, for you, definite signs that show that person is possessed or is not ?

what convinced me was I was really a passerby,or a drop n at the villages.
all they new was my first name and nationality.

the possessed person new about my parents and when one died exactly, not possible by normal standards.

Out of curiosity, if you don't mind me asking, was it something generic and vague or something rather specific? Did anyone in the village know about that information ? Could your wife, friends, etc. have mentioned it beforehand?

I understand what your asking, I was staying in the village, however even the person I stayed with new nothing of me.

no wife or friends with me, the date of my mothers death, and her age as told, new details of my ex to.

I have covered all bases, no one new me or new anyone who new me.

So hysterical people with good imaginations can tell you things they could not possibly know,in a remote village that consists of people who also do not know.

Amazing this hysteria, maybe next time I buy s lotto ticket I will get hysterical, may just pick the numbers.

Yeah pick some numbers you never know. I find it strange that with the lotto nobody wins for weeks then 5 people hit the winning numbers at once. Not because they are psychic but because that many mor people picked numbers when the lotto jackpot hits all time highs.

On 2 occasions I have witnessed this in remote villages, the last one convinced me it was absolutly real, both did in fact unfortunatly the last one died in front of us.

Has anyone else wittnessed such things.
I've never witnessed such a thing, and I don't believe such a thing is really possible.

But I reserve the right to change my opinion. ;)

They gotta get the data somehow and they could have known the mom when you were too young. The list of other worldy phenomenon is too much, could be demons, psychics/clarevoyants, ghosts, and then with ghosts it could be other explanations like data being accessible from past experiences or even past lives. The list goes on for paranormal possibilities but maybe he just knew the mum.

My mum had never left australia, and these people were in Asia, and never even new me.

Its frustrating when people give answers without reading your posts

Misanthropic Humanist
A primary factor that contributes to much superstition is being ignorant of actual mechanism or cause. Human beings have a strong drive to identify causes for things, even when they don't have the knowledge or information to correctly identify them. Superstition thrives on this process.
