Student Protests Against Israel Are Wonderful

Kathryn

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
Well considering that your original question was so malformed that you didn't even know what happened on Oct. 7 or you are totally ignorant of the understood sovereignty (who attacked Israel/the Gaza Strip on October 7th, 2023?) our disagreeing with you is probably of little consequence.
It may be, who knows.

Yup that rather describes the problem, your religious beliefs keep you from your understanding this as a humanitarian problem.
I am all for a Palestinian state and a Jewish state but I am not going to hold my breath.

Are you claiming that Israel doesn't
& never has oppressed Palestinians?
She may not be, but I certainly am, at least not until Israel was taken by conquest in the 7th century CE; and only in a justifiable attempt to claim their land back. However, since the time of Shem, the descendants of Ham have done nothing but persecute, kill and enslave the descendants of Abraham, in particular, the descendants of Judah. JC2

Yep, that's who I want to align with - Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, The Muslim Brotherhood. No thanks. I honestly don't care how many supporting civilians they manage to corral, though I do feel sorry for infants and children. But honestly, their parents? Not much sympathy. They seem to really hate anyone Jewish. I am not a Jew lover but I don't hate anyone.

My philosophy is the best way to get rid of an enemy, is to make a friend of them. But they must admit defeat first and return the hostage's pieces to allow their relatives to grieve. JC2

I like seeing that a significant segment of society
is bucking the status quo of unqualified for Israel's
apartheid, human rights violations, fleecing US
taxpayers, & conducting genocide.
Students are often a bellwether. I hope this
portends a shift away from USA supporting vile
regimes.
Ignorance is no excuse in the eyes of the law. Most students have no idea of why the Jews are so determined to annihilate Hamas, as well as any Palestinian male sympathizer, from the age of 6yrs. Israel was taken by conquest in the 7th century CE, and by conquest they lost it in 1945 when they were defeated by the West. That, of course, does not mean I do not want to see a peaceful solution to Islam's determination to execute their genocidal claim of "from the river to the sea". I believe the best way to get rid of an enemy, is to make a friend of them. However, they must first admit defeat and acknowledge Israel's legal right to reclaim their land. If and when the descendants of Ham refrain from trying to wipe the descendants of Shem of the face of the earth, as they have been doing since God punished Ham's son Caanan, because he could not punish Ham, the host of satan at the time, any more than He could punish Cain for killing his half brother Able, their curse of servitude will be withdrawn, and their land of Caanan, except for Jerusalem, which will become a shrine, will be returned to them. At least, that is what I believe the God of Abraham has inspired to me. JC2

What part of the Zoinist Charter .. Cleansing the land of dirty Arabs .. from the river to the sea .. was having trouble resonating ?
I think you need to clarify which side you are on. Especially, I would like to know where you got your information about the Zionist charter. Sounds like bull**** to me. It is the dirty Arabs, your words, not mine, who are spouting "from the river to the sea" translation, 'kill all of the of the people you stole the land from'. JC2

Biden is on BBC right now criticizing protesters against
Israel's genocide. He says they must obey the law.
Yet it violates US law to supply Israel with bombs
dropped on civilians.
When Biden acts illegally with deadly consequences,
it's the height of hypocrisy to criticize them for
violence-lite, while he supports genocide.
A government that ignores its own laws, & rights
afforded people should expect violent resistance.

Dishonest people will say "That supports the violence!".
I just recognize what happens. The solution is for USA
to obey its own laws, & show more justice for all.
This will curb lawlessness among the populace.

You mischievously infer a call for genocide.
But the difference is that Israel is the one
actually committing genocide.
False.

Hamas is not a sect of Islam, anymore than the Republican Party is a sect of Christianity.
If the Palestinians are not in cahoots with hamas, then rise up and support the Jews to rid them from what you erroneously believe, is your country. Think about it; when did the land of Israel taken by conquest in the 7th century CE become yours. The only way you will ever own Palestine, is if you make friends with the Jews, and they allow you to live there. The best way to get rid of an enemy, is to make friends of them. JC2

That's a really strange sidestep of my question
with an irrelevant trip thru ancient history.
It ignores the Nakba, apartheid, murders, land
theft, genocide, & now starvation.

Not what I said.

Maybe if Israel would stop bombing them and denying them necessary food and medical care that is what would happen.

Exactly!
Israel does its damnedest to avoid civilians, unlike the Palestinian elected hamas. The Us would no more risk the mass killing of its soldiers then Israel, in a hand-to-hand combat with hamas; they are ensconced in tunnels with the hostages that may or may not be left alive after they have finished raping them. Their tunnels are under hospitals, schools, U.N. establishments etc. They have no right to be in any part of Israel that they stole from the Jews in the 7th cent CE. If they lay down their weapons, return the pieces of the hostages, stop firing missiles indiscriminately onto Jewish civilians, ask for peace and adhere to it. Then, if the Jews are gracious enough to grant amnesty to other than hamas, then act like they would like to be friends; they might be allowed to live there. The Holy Ghost.

Good heavens....that's some real Old Testament
hellfire & damnation mixed with Zionist bigotry.
It's a common perspective. Alas, it dooms Israel
to endless evil acts. And dooms its both it & its
neighbors to endless woe.
