That it is offered doesn’t guarantee it is easily accessible. Rural areas, sparse locations, inability to travel etc. can impact access
Indeed though my state has actually pretty lax legal rules for abortion access (legal upon request up to 22 weeks, all providers must refer a patient to abortion access if they refuse, no protests within 150m at all providers etc) there are reports that it is not all that easy, with folks waiting for 6 or more weeks due to demand and not enough providers. Granted the pandemic may have impacted that further, my country has universal healthcare, so resources can often be strained even without that
I think Plan B should be offered at all pharmacies, for ease of access (I think it is where I live. Not entirely sure.)
I also think that legal abortion should accompany ease of access to services.
Because the harder the access, the longer it takes to obtain. And I don’t think anyone wants that

You have yet to show that a fetus is a person and you are the one that is trying to oppose the actions of another. From what I have seen they do not qualify for personhood.
