A common tactic used by humans against humans. :yes:A common tactic used against athesim BTW.
Excuse me? I said, "I have a big nose." That's all. Now, does that contribute to a Jewish stereotype? Does that make it bigoted? Are you saying that all Jews are alike?
What I said was, is my statement, "I have a big nose," bigoted? It happens to be factual, if that helps you decide. If you and your kind are made to feel inferior by statements made about your big noses, then yes, supporting a stereotype is bigotry.
Lacking any context, of course it's not. Then I explained in what context it might be bigotry. What I said was, is my statement, "I have a big nose," bigoted? It happens to be factual, if that helps you decide.
I even used small words and you STILL could not comprehend a simple concept. Why should I bother trying to explain something about which your mind is OBVIOUSLY closed? I would have a better chance convincing Shrub to get out of Iraq.So I gather that you cannot convey why you find this statement bigoted then?
I think the context that Dawkins is using when he says "understand the world" is the natural progression of science. Many religions historically have actively or passivlely thwarted the progression of science, and do so to this day.
A common tactic used by humans against humans.
Boy, I would like to see some FACTS to back up that contention! But more to discredit atheists than vice versa.

Please answer my question.Excuse me? I said, "I have a big nose." That's all.
That was a thoroughly inane statement.By these standards, the words "In god we trust" are bigoted.
“I am against religion because it teaches us to be satisfied with not understanding the world.” - Dawkins
I doubt that either of us has the luxury to wait until you show yourself capable of discerning "intelligent proof".Still waiting for that intelligent proof that Dawkins is anti-Semitic.

Nah, the other readers hopefully READ what I posted as well as the link I gave.g? But you expect the rest of our readers to accept on faith,
That was a thoroughly inane statement.
Actually, probably more to discredit Internet forum debaters than any other group. But more to discredit atheists than vice versa.
Only if atheists feel threatened by the concept of "trust".By these standards, the words "In god we trust" are bigoted.
Go ahead; I'm waiting.Still waiting for that intelligent proof that Dawkins is anti-Semitic.
