And yet it was by many.
I must have said what he said a hundred of times on this forum.

That is: if you want to wage a war on the tsar, go fight yourself, instead of ordering others to fight and maybe die while you remain warm and safe at home.

Nobody misinterpreted me. ;)

anna.

colors your eyes with what's not there
Whether or not Wiles is a good choice or not, it's been reported that Trump has refused to sign the memorandum of understanding because he's afraid of being spied on. This means his team is not getting intelligence briefings. Back in 2000 the delay in the results meants the Bush team was not up to speed on intelligence and as a result they were not prepared for 9-11. Trump refusing to begin the transition process could put the USA in a serious security situation, not only because the team lacks intel, but who knows who is leading the national security team. Will they be professional or just a Trump loyalist? So we are already seeing a serious problem with Trump being elected withn the first week, and with him being inepy, or just not aware of his duty, or his general mental decline. Is Wiles qualiified to manage these important duties? It's the risk that will keep us all worried.

At least for now we have competent leadership for the next several months and Biden will put his national security team to work to fill in the flaws in the Trump transition. Maybe Mitch McConnell will help Biden resolve this serious threat to national security that is Trump's ineptitude.

One thing to watch for:

The End of DOJ’s Independence from the White House
Since the Watergate era, when the line between justice and abuse of the justice system was crossed, every new administration has signed off on “contacts memos” between the White House and the Justice Department, designed to ensure, among other things, that the president does not use the criminal justice system to help friends or to punish enemies. Even the first Trump Administration adhered to that procedure, the norm that has separated our country from banana republics where criminal prosecutions were another tool in the toolkit of autocratic leaders, until now.
That’s probably not going to happen in the new Trump Administration. One of Trump’s persistent themes is his desire to use the Justice Department as a vehicle for revenge.
Mark Paoletta, the General Counsel of OMB under Trump and author of a recent book about Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, tweetedyesterday that the president should control all aspects of the Justice Department’s work like he does the rest of the executive branch. Paoletta’s name has been bandied about as a likely AG for Trump. For now, he is part of Trump’s transition team for the Justice Department.
Paoletta retweeted a post from another confidant of Trump’s tonight, which calls for “probes” of Jack Smith, his office, and “their co-conspirators inside and outside of government” by both Congressional entities and multiple DOJ offices, referencing the ruinous expense and stress that comes with being targeted in a federal investigation, even though Smith’s team is “confident their work can withstand legal scrutiny.”

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Like the Maga screeching about Democrats
trying to assassinate Trump, eh.

Question for you...
If God spared Trump from the assassination
attempts because he's chosen to save the country,
then why did God allow the attempt in the first place?
Well given the reality I think it goes well beyond just screeches well into the territory where it can be viewed as incitement to get somebody assassinated.

Plus I don't believe in God so Trump was obviously lucky and thankfully okay.

It was on fire when I laid down on it.

It's been three days since we found out that Trump is the incoming President. The day he is incoming is in late January.

His plan is to grab her by the hoohah.
Ready & regular access.
Women let him do that, you know.
He said so.
Continuing to spread debunked memes that did not keep Trump from being re-elected is silly. They didn't work before. If you keep flogging a dead horse instead of learning you will get similar poor results like last Tuesday.

Do you really believe that Trump never made that claim?
Wow.
I wonder why it was that so many Magas defended him
by saying it was just "locker room talk". It was even
accepted as evidence in his rape trial.

And if it were really "memes that did keep Trump from
being re-electled", then this claim doesn't work...

Just a typo. I left out the word "not" I shall correct it now that I notice it.

I believe you are misrepresenting what he has said and done. Just as others have tried. It doesn't work. But as I wrote, keep on if you want. The majority of people don't agree with you.

I believe you'll say anything to defend Trump,
eg, denying that he said it at all.
I believe you haven't really seen the source materials unfiltered by anti-Trump filters. I write that because if you had you wouldn't continue misrepresenting what he has said.

Still denying he said it, eh. Yeah, the problem
is that every source is "fake news".

Maybe voters realized it was just banter... maybe he was just bragging...

American voters are serious people who want to save their own country. They have no time to waste on these idiotic tricks.

I listen to the actual recordings. It is clear you haven't. YOU are the one in denial.
And yet, you don't post this recording that shows
he meant something different from what both the
left & the right inferred. The only difference is
Trump was either joking or sharing real experience.
But is objectively true that after hearing many days
of evidence, jurors found that Trump is indeed a
predator who sexually assaulted a woman.

Caution: Profane & abusive language.

Unlike you fervent folks on both the left & right, I've
no love for either side's candidates, both of whom are
appalling fans of big government., but my perspective
is to discern the least of 2 evils. I seek out both merit
& faults in every candidate for evaluation & weighing.

Consider what your posts show....
- Denying every wrongful statement & act by Trump.
- Blaming criticism of Trump on his being hated &
persecuted, ie, conspiracies against him by the media
& the deep state (eg, "lawfare").
- Support for Trump's authoritarian agenda.
- Belief that former associates who turn against Trump
are liars & turncoats.

These are signs of cult membership.
It should be recognized, & overcome.

Jurors found otherwise.
So his words comport with his actions.

I wonder if so many "good" Christians love him
because he lives the fantasy that their faith makes
unavailable to them....
He forcibly fondles women's genitalia, his marriage
vows impose no limits upon him, he fornicates with
married women, & he openly revels in all this with
impunity.
You've often posted about lurid fantasies about
being sexually assaulted by burly cops. Perhaps
this is a reason that Trump appeals, eh.

Christians, especially Catholics do anything in Italy.
Let's not go there.
We are a pagan country... disguised as Catholilandia.

Again that was just banter.
Not to take seriously, I believe.

Yes.
I love men's body, every inch of them.
Am I a whore? A disgusting nympho because I am not ashamed of saying what I like?

;)

By the way...you should be thankful to Europe...who gave you Americans a beautiful, tall and classy First Lady. Melania.

Yes, they found what happened someday in 1996.

And I had sex with Leonardo Di Caprio in 2005, but I can't remember when. :)

Below the tip of every iceberg
lies very much more of the same.

That misrepresents the posts of yours that I referred to,
ie, dismissing the concerns of people raped by cops
by turning their plight into an erotic fantasy.

I was joking.
Bad cops exist, and I condemn them.
But that doesn't mean that all cops are bad.

I was joking.
Joking in order to dismiss the horror of those
who are sexually assaulted by cops.
Using humor & sexual fantasy towards this end
is worse than disgusting....it's evil to deny their
humanity & suffering, thereby perpetuating
the problem. And now your candidate Trump
advocates increasing their immunity from
prosecution & suits in tort for such acts.

Let's admit that.
Dems tried to win by highlighting that Trump's conduct has turned out to be immoral.
Morality has been la piece de résistence of Harris' speeches.

That's it?

I mean... two wars were unleashed during the Biden administration, one in Ukraine and one in Gaza...
and that's it?

War cannot be accepted in the 21st century. So Trump won because he said "peace through strength".

He cares about American soldiers.
