Televangelist Marcus Lamb Who Called Vaccine Mandate 'Sin' Against God Dies Of COVID

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
It should be super easy to give some examples of some freedoms that have been taken away then.
But alas, this is my umpteenth time asking and receiving no actual answer.
There's plenty of Chinese and arguably Australian footage all over the place for you to look at when governments exceed reasonable force and commit grevious violations on people's freedoms in the name of safety and security.

I figured you wouldn't be so handicapped that you need help in seeing such examples.

But here you go....

No videos please.
Just list the specific freedoms you're talking about.

Geez, this doesn't need to be this difficult.
Thanks for trying to insult me because you couldn't come up with anything though. Brilliant! :handok:

No point. It's useless with you.

How about asking the person?

And when I tell you it’s none of your business what my medical status or condition is? What then?

And we have vaccine passports here where I live.

How are you going to know if I have a passport at all? And again, you have no right to know. What then?

Passports are not intended for any body to march up to you and demand to see it. They provide proof in situations where it is deemed a requirement. For example, I work in a care home for the elderly and had to show my passport to be permitted continued entry. Seems eminently reasonable to me.

I have no argument with that. Otherwise it smacks of “papers, vee need to zee your papers”. They’re also a form of ID that trumps all others... DMV, for example. Oops, I said trump!

Then I'd assume you aren't vaccinated and I'd probably step away from you.

I live in a place where we have vaccine passports. Also, we care about each other.
Foreign concepts to you, it seems.

No that is not the only way. People who do not want the vaccine could stay away from others. If everyone without the vaccine was isolated from all contacts it would be a very sure way they do not spread disease.
I know! Let's put them in concentration camps!
No...if you are scared of covid don't be around people. Anyone can spread it. It's that simple.

You still have not been able to articulate what you mean by "Government Control" and "More Control". Perhaps that is because it is difficult to put paranoia into coherent words.
It's not hard to understand. Look it up if you have trouble with words.

Nobody wants to get infected. Do you think we should all just stay away from each other then?

What if we all want our freedoms, we don't get vaccinated, we don't wear a mask but we want to go into a food shop? How does your plan work?
Not true. Some people would rather get it so they can develop natural immunity.
Obviously we go to restaurants anyway and you can not eat with a mask on, so it is what it is. Everyone is gonna be exposed at some point, unless totally isolated.

Fair enough. I wasn't aware of that level of stupidity. Do they want to develop natural immunity to leprosy as well?

We go to restaurants, we take our masks off at the table and we put them back on when we leave. Onerous it is not. Especially when compared to the wearing of full PPE by hospital staff working long shifts.

Well, I'm 61 and so far I've managed to dodge Ebola but I suppose it's only a matter of time.

This is also what my wife & I do even though we've been fully vaccinated and have had the booster. Besides protecting ourselves, it's also a matter of protecting others since we can still carry the virus for a short time if infected.

Then I'd assume you aren't vaccinated and I'd probably step away from you.

So before I perform CPR on you or help you with car trouble or some other trouble, you would ask me for my vax status, and if it's not up to your standards you'd rebuff me and refuse my help? You'd wait for an EMT to perform CPR? Hey, if you want to die, be my guest. The risk of you dying while waiting for EMS is almost guaranteed compared to the remote possibility that I might transmit a virus I don't have to you, who are supposedly vaxxed. Don't really trust the vaccine do you? But you're vaxxed and I assume wearing a mask, just as I might be wearing a mask because I don't know you. But I see lots of holes in your arguments because I think you're arguing just for the sake of arguing and showing what a douche I am. But that's cool, I've been called worse by better. :)

Yeah, it's so foreign I'd leave you stranded on the road or not give you a $20 to go get something to eat because you're cold and hungry and semi-homeless like I've never done. That's because I don't care about anyone... riiiight! Soooo yeah... I would just invite you to get off your high horse.
