It appears to be legitimate:

http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/nice-attac...lel-sent-84000-his-family-days-before-1570996

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...lice-vans-blocking-promenade-withdrawn-hour1/

It has also been reported that he researched previous attacks, for example the terrorist attack in Orlando recently. It would appear to be a dangerous mix of a troubled criminal mixed with terrorist fantasies.
I very doubt about this, I follow news I did heard that at all.

His brother live in Tunisia deny that his brother sent that big money

You sure?

Bouhlel’s brother in Tunisia has described receiving a “fortune” in cash days before the massacre, after Bouhlel allegedly persuaded friends to smuggle bundles of money to his hometown of Msaken.

Jaber Bouhlel, told the MailOnline he did not believe his brother was a terrorist, but added he had not seen Bouhlel for several years and the money had come as a complete surprise.

“Mohamed sent us all of his savings, all of his worth in France. He had worked for eight years and this was the money he saved in France,” he said.

The Independent and The Telegraph are usually quite reliable in my opinion, though the Daily Mail isn't.
Still, there are plenty of other news sources which state the large money claim.

 I'm referring to them continuing to have an excuse to carry on their "war on terror", which is causing the refugee crisis in the first place.

Yeah because France was always really big on the War on Terror, oh wait it wasn't apart from keeping Al-Qaeda conquering Mali (which I guess would be totally fine), securing the sea against piracy and the war in Afghanistan which seriously was not a bad thing if the US hadn't gone off to play war in Iraq.
That is far less engagement than for example by the US Aircraft Carrier in the North Sea.

If you actually want to grouse about France then do so about their (and various other NATO and/or European countries) idiocy in Libya. That is something to grouse about.

They feel they are just humans not upper (racist)

No clue what you are trying to say with that.

I'm not so sure that the Afghanistan War was that great of an idea, either. But France is also involved in the current debacle in Syria and working with "rebel" groups, too. They've been bombing Syria again. So, yes - they certainly have their share of the blame and this attack is being used as an excuse for more bombings.

In this case:

I advise you to check/trust always the oringnal source (Tunisian/French) ,to this moment I am sure.

This is last update from France according to France’s Minister of the Interior :

http://www.france24.com/en/20160718-nice-attackers-road-terror-Mohamed-Lahouaiej-Bouhlel

“This is a new type of attack,” Cazeneuve said on Sunday. “We are now confronted with individuals that are sensitive to the message of ISIS (Islamic State group) and are committed to extremely violent actions without necessarily being trained by them.”

Watch the first video ,that was yesterday.

More carnage in France.....
http://metro.co.uk/2016/07/19/mothe...ch-resort-for-being-scantily-dressed-6016072/
A woman and her three daughters have been stabbed in a French resort for being ‘scantily dressed’.
An eight-year-old girl was left fighting for her life after the attack in the Garde-Colombe in the Hautes-Alpes region of Southern France.
The man is believed to have attacked the three girls outside the family’s apartment before entering the building and attacking the mother.
French media says that the man is of Moroccan descent and is 37 years old. It is also reported that he is known by police for previous crimes.

It strikes me as heinous fanaticism that people move to a new country,
& expect the country to conform to the backwards oppressive & abusive
ways of their old country. I say....if you don't like it, don't move there.

Yes .. I notice that it isn't claimed that any of them have links with IS
It seems that they were a bunch of criminals, involved with firearms and robbery..
It's not clear whether his "accomplices" knew of his intentions ..they might of done, and I suppose that satan could have made it seem smart ... any knowledgable, practising Muslim would view such deeds as the path to hell

I do notice that not all Muslims agree on what sends one to Hell or Heaven.

Or subscribe to a different version of Islam.
What version would that be then, that conspires to kill inocent civilians, women & children?
No .. terrorist actions from practising Muslims can be seen as "war crimes" .. and don't tell me that only Muslims commit these..
Most of the attrociies that I've observed over the last few years are largely from a criminal fraternity, that have not studied Islam .. and often not even praying .. politics & ethnicity, not religion is responsible

You might want to try telling them that. I'm pretty confident saying they probably see themselves as being "good" Muslims, fighting for Allah.
