The Biggest Myth About the Other sex?

Ahh, women. Women, women, women, women, women, women, women.

For you young fellows fresh from the cusp of a blooming manhood, the questions abound. What are women like? What do women want? How should I treat a woman? Perhaps the thorniest problem for a young man is finding a woman in the first place. It turns out to be……nearly impossible.

This reporter spent countless hours searching for a woman but to no avail.

The nearest I came during an intense stake out was this fellow who experts believe is not a woman.

We begin to wonder, where are all the women? The overheated references in poetry, the images that dominate our media, is it all- an elaborate fraud?

This grainy photograph is the only direct evidence we have of a woman in her natural environment. The longer hair, the gentle and nurturing demeanor are typical of how witnesses describe their supposed encounters with women.

This footprint, while possibly the work of jokesters, is possibly another piece of the puzzle.

Some day perhaps, an actual woman will emerge and they will no longer exist in the realm of myth and maybe.

This is FUNNY!! Bring the funny! You rock!

That Woman are clean and tidy. Women don't seem to start cleaning (at all) till they have kids. Must be a hormonal thing :p . *hides behind keyboard*
I know! My wife is a complete slob. Sheesh!!!

I thought that women actually enjoyed cooking and cleaning. I got married and I am the only one who can cook an edible meal and I wash the dishes. She can live in a house with the dirty dishes like three weeks old. She's worse than some of my college roomates.:(

Learning about this myth was like finding out that Santa wasn't real. I'm seriously scared.:areyoucra

My mother always told me that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, but what she neglected to let me know was that it's actually a bit lower.

It depends on how old he is. My grand-dad warned me to marry a girl who can cook. He says women lose something after they turn 55 and he's been very grateful that at least she can cook. :D

There is a line in the movie The Order. A priest says to Heath Ledger's character "Women.....can't live with em.......*sigh*..........can't live with em." The only real myth I've ever heard that is false, is that women don't like sex as much as men. Well, the other one is all women are good cooks, and my sister is so bad I always eat before I go to her house if there going to be eating a meal while im thier.

It seems that lots and lots of men and women believe that men can only last about 5 minutes. I know first hand that men can last a good bit longer than that. Even my worst boyfriend went for at least 10 minutes.

I was saying that the myth was that women weren't as good drivers as men...........; the only disadvantage I find is that very few women (from what I have seen) understand how a car actually works. I think it is important to understand the basics (Otherwise clutches don't last long - oh of course, you have mainly automatics in the States);)

have you ever noticed that if your driving, and you get lost, a woman will get very mad at you, and order you to pull over whilst being incredibly snide with their body language........ yet then, they change in an instant, into this polite, sweat, kind, gentile lady to ask someone for directions, and then as soon as you pull off again, well, the less said the better:D

Quite true, Michel -- I was just making an amusing observation.

You do make a good point about familiarity with auto mechanics. Most women I know wouldn't change their own oil, much less replace a starter motor or brake pads. Some have never even changed a flat!

I think you're right about the prevalence of automatic trannies here in the US.
A car thief here was recently caught when his stolen car broke down after a high-speed flight -- in 1st gear. He didn't know how to use a standard transmission!
Lucky for society, thieves are not known for intelligence or competence.

I know plenty of women who love driving just as fast/agrasive/wrecklessly as men. I know some who are actually worse. And what sucks, women can cry thier way out of a ticket. I have been driving for almost four years, and not one ticket, nor documented wrecks, I think I should be entitled to the same low insurance rates females get for "supposedly being safer drivers."

Insurance companies employ actuarians - who study historical data to decide how to price insurance; it is therefore a fact that women have less accidents than men (even allowing for the difference in numbers of drivers).

Insurance companies are there to make a profit for themselves and their shareholders. Their figures can only reflect the actual history of accidents.
