Let me suggest that suffering doe snot come from craving. No on ever died from craving.
In my personal experience, I know that suffering comes from craving.

Can virtue and wisdom ever be 100% complete and is it necessary to be compete? If it is necessary how can you tell when it is complete? Is there an after life in Buddhism?
Virtue and wisdom is complete upon attainment of nibbana. The afterlife (after human death) in Buddhism consists of various temporary hells, temporary heavens, or nibbana.

How did this rebirth come about?
In the Buddhist view, its origin doesn't matter, and we should not concern ourselves with it. What matters is that rebirth does occur and does exist, and how we handle it in the here-and-now.
