Unfalsifiable claims are those which are expected to produce no evidence that they are correct or incorrect, like god claims ("not even wrong"). They are also unconfirmable, since there is no test that can distinguish between the two possibilities. Such ideas aren't worthy of consideration if one is looking for truth value.

As you noted, yours claim can be confirmed empirically making it a scientific statement unlike god claims.

So you think the tests that demonstrate the fact of Relativity were all wrong? They didn't detect gravity bending light?

Why do you think there are planets in our solar system, but not this planet? Gravity is related to mass, which is why black holes form with gravity that is so strong even light can't escape. That is why they appear black. Heavy elements are formed in the cores of stars due to gravity creating more pressure and heat, which then explode into space, which eventually form into new stars, or planets, etc. So a flat earth doesn't work.

I didn't evade it, Einstein's version of gravity is bunk because it would have the world perpetually splitting apart at the seed of light.
