There have been a lot of hate mongering going on in the last few years. It is having an effect on the culture. Transgender hate is very much the zeitgeist.
Suppose Dylan instead of putting on lipstick and a wig and calling himself a girl while behaving in a way he thinks girls behave, had put on black face and an afro wig and called himself a black man while talking and behaving in a way he believes black men talk and behave? Would you call those who oppose his transracial haters?

False. People in cities are as close as those anywhere else. What you mean is that in cities there isn’t as much of a community rumor mill since population is larger.

I lived in Orlando for one along with a few other cities in different states when I was younger.
Most people didn't give a crap about who lived in the same apartment complex as them, let alone down the block or across town.
