Of course it's futile but I find futility entertaining and so plan on continuing it. In the past I rooted for the coyote to catch the roadrunner which was futile for decades on end until finally there was a youtube where he caught and ate the arrogant bugger. So what you call futility I call unbridled and infinite stubbornness in the face of obstacles.
